I have been with RTP selling as a vendor for over four years and the service and products have gotten worse they treat the vendors like dirt. Now they are pursuing the public directly and cut out the vendors that helped build the company. It is not worth it to become a new Vendor and pay the Astronomical fees to sell their product. The product has gotten worse over the years and now you can’t even talk to a live representative you have to submit a ticket and wait three days...Don’t buy or sell this product go with a legitimate company that takes care of their vendors and customers.

I first bought a Gold Vendor Package( about $250.00), which included some of RTPR's various products, in order to obtain about a 10% discount for their products. Within a week or so after purchasing the Gold package, I upgraded to the Platinum Vendor Package for $500.00, in order to get about a 20% discount on their products.

I just recently heard about their new program, called the "Sampler" program, so I went into the company provided Webste to gain more information about the program. I didn't see any info there about it, but I did notice that the site said that my status as a vendor was pending.

Thereafter, I sent the company an e-mail asking what my staus was, and they respondedwith the following e-mail,

"On December 2015 our system changed. Since then purchases before December 2015 are no longer viewable on the system.

On our end we can see you purchased the Gold Kit on 2013 and upgraded but for you to keep Vendor Status you needed to keep at least 250MSP a year.

At the moment you have a Pending Wholesale Panel. This means you were once able to purchase from our wholesale shop but do to inactivity you lost your status. You still have access to our Retail Shop and to both of our kits that will upgrade your status to Vendor (Gold or Platinum, depending on which you choose).

Hope this clears your doubts."

I responded to their e-mail with the following email, "I DO NOT accept the RTPR policy that I have to buy $250.00/year to keep my Platinum vendor status. I bought over $500.00 to obtain my platinum status and that is a significant amount of money. Therefore, I feel like I have been scammed and ripped off. Accordingly, I will be reporting this business behavior to online Websites that track and report bad or questionable business behavior.

I have lost over $500.00 of wholesale purchasing benefits and told I needed to buy another expensive Vendor package due to an arbitrary rule or policy, which amounts to a rip-off business practice.
