Real Estate Personnel Reviews

Seeking the negative will get negative results. Seeking the positive will get positive results.

We strive for perfection, but we know excellence is more realistic. The job hunt can be very frustrating. Negative emotions and assumptions can build to an inferno during this time. Apologies are in order for anyone who feels slighted by REP. We encourage anyone with a legitimate complaint to contact us at our proper phone number 303-832-2380 (the phone number listed on this complaint is actually a fax number for one of our offices). We value our candidates, and genuinely care about their well-being.

Unfortunately, we don't have a database that any big company wants. We have been in the staffing industry since 1993, specializing in the property management and real estate industries. We have physical locations throughout Colorado, one in Wichita, KS, and one in Dallas, TX. Please stop by in person any time to meet face-to-face with a live human. We encourage our candidates to stop by and give us an update on their job search.

Please feel free to review our Better Business Bureau results at http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/employment-agencies/real-estate-personnel-in-denver-co-48002470 and the two Google reviews we have at https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=reviews%20real%20estate%20personnel&lrd=0x876c792dded1e223:0xefd0bf01fcc1c10c,1

Indeed.com also has some candid reviews that reflect both success and frustration. We think it's an honest assessment of our business http://www.indeed.com/cmp/Real-Estate-Personnel/reviews?fcountry=US

This is a small and gowing company using unethical business practices to grow. The jobs they present are not real, no interview ever follows after the effusive praise received in the initial consultation. They are merely collecting resumes, building a database and trying to get corporate accounts with big companies to fill these (companies) staffing needs. To do this, they will call you, make up a job "opportunity" and get your resume. When you try to ask details about the job, the information sounds abnormal and vague. Then they will not return phone calls, and the job seeker is left wondering what happened to the job that "....will start THIS Friday, they are looking for someone immediately" As no such job exists, the job seeker then drops everything, re-schedules appointments, and then suddenly phone calls are not returned, and then when you keep calling, the job suddenly changed or you are told they can't get in touch with their "client" The client never existed in the first place. This is someone (recruiter) who is trying to get a quick commission, gets the resumes, and THEN calls the corporations and trys to solicit the business.
