I would like to warn everyone who is thinking about going to Chiropractor Sarah Ghobarnian from RE: Chiroptactic+Wellness. I do not one anyone to go through with what I unfortunatelly did.
Do not go there if you have self-respect. Sarah Ghorbanian is the second rudest person I have ever encountered. One simply cannot berate a patient who is seeking information by ordering her to "STOP IT!" What is more, when I gave her a negative review because of her unacceptable behavior in Yelp and Google Review, she publicly lied and acted as if I have never been a patient of her. Healthcare practioner should be honest more than anything else.
It was my first time going to a chiropractor about my back pain from which I have been suffering for 5 months. I had three sessions with Sarah, and I asked a few questions about the process. The exact questions I asked were "how many visits it will take until I am fixed" and "once the pain goes away, is there a possibility for the pain to come back". I do not expect her to have all the answers. "It is difficult to tell" is a perfectly reasonable answer. However, she interrupted me when I was trying to ask a question, and yelled: "STOP IT!"
You simply cannot berate a patient who is seeking information by ordering her to "stop it!"
You cannot expect any person with a modicum of self respect to not protest when being treated like this
When I talked about her inappropriate and unacceptable behavior, she did not say a simple "sorry." What is more, I gave her a negative review in Yelp and in Google Review upon this unacceptable behavior. She replied to my reviews and acted as if I have never been a patient of her. She lied as if I am making things up. I have the record of all our e-mail exchanges that proves that I have been patient of her. I have not encountered such a dishonorable behavior before.
Moreover, I asked for the receipts of my payments for the three sessions that I spent with Sarah Ghobarnian. She refused to give me the receipts.
She is dishonorable, unprofessional, liar, rude and has inapproatiate attitudes towards the patients. She has a discriminatory attitude toward some patients depending on their home country.
I would like to warn everyone in Chicago about this dishonorable business.
