RBOptions Reviews

In February 2014, I was looking for ways to increase my income during retirement. I considered a variety of approaches and eventually decided upon Binary Options. This seemed an understandable method of capitalising on the Financial Market. Of course, there are risks, as with any business. After some research, I opted to use RBOptions who seemed to offer a professional service and a confident claim to have an 80% success rate on their trades. I made a small investment of £1500.00 in order to test out the system. It was then that the hard sell tactics commenced with daily phone and Skype calls requesting increased investment to maximise results and reach VIP Status which would provide a regular income. And so, after a seemingly never ending barrage I invested a further £35,000.00, on the understanding that within a few months I would see the rewards. This caused both me and my wife considerable concern, indeed, my wife expressed her concerns to a member of the RBOptions team, and was told that their 80% success rate would ensure a sound financial support for the future. At first things went reasonably well, though not at the claimed success rate, but still profit was being made. It was at this time that requests were made for additional investment to purchase special one off trades. This I did not understand as there was money in my account, however, the pressure continued. Most of the activity seemed to be based around the NFP. Even so, it was becoming obvious that the success rate was falling below the 80% claims made in all the publicity. After a particularly bad run I made a request to cancel my account and redeem my residual investment, only to be informed that I could not. Thus I continued and a new agent tookl over my account. His immediate request was for another deposit after which we could retrieve the losses, again after considerable , pressure I invested a further £3500.00. Further trades were made which again lost money, and now the agent seems to have disappeared. Indeed I am beginning to think that the agents do not exist, but that to dupe the clientele. Indeed I have come to the conclusion that the Binary Options market is another example of the Financial Services throughout the world is corrupt. This becomes obvious when you look at the number of disillusioned people venting their frustration that these practices can continue without challenge from the responsible authorities. Which is the reason for this formal complaint. I am happy to assist in any way possible way including details of my various transactions. Furthermore, I am copying this letter to the UK Financial Ombudsman in the hope that he too can take action. I am hopeful that you will look into the activities of those companies who are abusing the public so blatantly, and make recommendations which will protect the rights of the public at large

I was contacted by John Ray from RBOptions. He told me that he could help me earn $50,000 in two months. He is with RBOptions, which he told me was binary trading. He asked me if I was familiar with binary trading and I said no. He said to trust him and he could get me to $50,000 in two months if I deposited $5000.00, so I did. Then he said to write down on a note by my computer, #1. 100,000 and then #2. $200,000 that was our goal. He asked me for an additional $2500 which I exstended my credit and deposited and then he assisted me via skype on the trades to do each day or when he told me to, which I skyped him and with his quidance as he was my broker I placed the trades. We did get my account up to $31,000 and then I asked to withdraw an amount and they said "Oh, you can't as you need to trade an amount of $250,000" I was like "what". So then still with his guidance I did the trades he told me to do, he lost me $10,000 with in a week and I sent a skype message along with an email asking what was going on? We lost so much, why? He told me to wait for this big NFP and told me to trade $10,000, lost it all, asked why, never got an explanation. He told me to trust him and he took my $31,000 down to $64.50, what am I going to do with that???

I have sent emails to John Ray, and the Manager, they say they call but I work full time, they don't leave a message if they call. Now they say they say they have moved my account to the manager and John Ray isn't a part on my account, well yeah, he lost all my money. I got so ripped off here and he is a coward if he can't return one phone call. I would like RBOptions to be flagged as a huge rip off. They promise you results and I wasn't looking for anything big, just more than what I put in and I told John and Sophia, who got me all signed up with this broker I didn't know how to trade. I have all Skype messages guiding me the trades by John Ray and email asking John for answers why we were losing trades and no reply. I also sent an email to a broker also with RBOtions asking for help and that was to Sarah Smith. I was able to send her my complaint as she asked me how she could help, she never replied to my complaint email, go figure.

If you would like my emails and Skype messages, I will surely give them to you. I have been taken be this really hard and now I am in debt due to John Ray and his promises to help me and they won't even refund my money as John Ray lost it, not me. They make it so they are really at fault, but he gain $7500 from me and I want it back.
