I had submitted court documents showing my charges were dropped /abandoned . The company required me to provide proof that the courts dropped both charges. After providing the proof they only updated their website to show dismissed and sent me a message that the only way to get it off their site the case has to be exponged or a pay service could help me. Florida law requires anyone who had found not guilty, dismissed or dropped, exponged or sealed to have their image removed in 10 days or I could filed suit.. I have been victimized enough by having to go through this whole process. Now to get my likeness off the internet.. This company doesnt follow state laws and prefers to slander people.
