I ordered a jar of mole remover for my skin. This company keeps sending me a jar every month. There is no phone number or any other way to get in touch with them to cancel this monthly delivery that I do not want.

Losers

order some pills,2 months later get auto shipped the same crap, called them up and demanded a refund. he kept asking me how I liked the product. stupid ass! does the word refund give you a clue. told me he could credit me $50 on a $90 and $60 dollar charge, after cussing him out, he cancel my account, and gave me a confirmation # for a credit for the full amount, said it would be 7 to 10 business days. so my question is has anyone actually gotten they refund without any problems?

On 5/21/216 I responded to a bad for a free sample of Skin Element skin cream for shipping charges only. On the same site, they offered Eye Vibe eye cream, but I did not check that box. I received both items by mail with no paper work enclosed.

On 6/4, my credit card was charged 97.83 for Skin Element, and on 6/8 a charge for 92.79 for Eye Vibe.

I called the number listed for Customer Service on the electronic receipt received at the time of the sample order and was told that since I had not returned the product within 14 days, I was billed the full price.

At no time on the original order site was there any mention of this 14 day return policy, nor was it mentioned on the electronic receipts. After I screamed and yelled a little, the representative said they would give me a 40% discount.

I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted the charges removed. The rep said if I returned the product, at my own expense of course, they would credit me all but a $20 restocking fee on each product.

I declined, and again asked for a full refund. It was denied and he just kept repeating the same information. I told him I was reporting the company to Consumer Affairs and that they should remove me from their subscription list immediately. He said he did so, but we'love see.

What a scam! I'll never respond to an Internet add again. Should have known it was a scam when I saw Dr. OZ recommended the product.

I orded through online ad...supposedly endorsed by Dr O.. Skin elemons cream...the offer was $3.95 to try it. Igot my cc statement where I was charged $3.95 one day...another .99 then 2 weeks layer $97.83. When I called to inquire I was told it s automatic subscription and they will refund me with a 40% restocking fee. There was no where on website that said anything about subscription or restocking g fee. As a matt r of fact, the letter that came with the invoice says refund within 30 days if not happy. After several calls and arguing I threatened to call BBB...they offered me $77.00 back

I received a bottle of vitamins in the mail a few weeks ago that I had not ordered. When I opened it I found a bottle of Neuroxr Brain supplemental with 60 capsules in it. I knew I hadn't ordered such a product so I didn't open it. A few days later,I received a second bottle, this time a Neuroxr Sleep formula which I also didn't order. Since both said they were trial bottles I wasn't concerned about having to pay for them. Then, when I got my bank statement, I had two charges on it for $89.78 and $39.98. I was totally taken aback because I knew I didn't order either one of them.

About this same time two more bottles came in the mail. There was a phone number so I called them and was told that I put the order in for the products in September. I told them I absolutely was positive I did not order them, hadn't opened any of the bottles and didn't want them, offering to send them back. They finally said not to send them back and they would credit part of the money back to my card but the trial period was over so they couldn't give the whole amount back.

That was a few days ago and I was told to give it seven days to find out if it had gotten put back on my card and if not to get back to them. They promised they would cancel the ongoing automatic shipping process on the day I called. I will go to my bank this Friday and find out if they kept their word. I don't understand how they got my credit infomation unless it was from another company I ordered from.

I tried to contact the company to return the antenna. Every phone number I could find had me to leave message, and they never returned call. Tried the e-mail approach and no reply, or the mail was returned.

I received a watch that I ordered from Rapid Fullfillment Inc. today. (July 13, 2017). I didn't like it and called to

tell them that I would be returning it. After that I called my bank to shut down my visa card. However, I found out that

Rapid Fullfillment Inc. had already taken money out of my bank account without my permission. This is certainly a

criminal act and Rapid Fulfillment Inc. should be shut down and jailed. They have been scamming people for quite some time.

After reading all the complaints about this company, why are they still in business? Here is a suggestion for all the people

who are victims of this company. Find out the address of the police department in Pacoima, California, and tell them what

happened to you. I know that is what I am going to do. Who knows, maybe some of you can get back some of your money

back and keep other people from falling into the hands of these criminals.

This company is still charging me 90 bucks for pills I don't even get. At first my credit card wouldn't let them take money because they were not in the u.s and now I see them in California. I am going to sue their a**.

A fraudulent charge to my debit card appeared on my banking summary so I notified Visa immediately. When I called the number on the bank charge, the foreign-speaking customer service representative told me details of the order which could not have been an actual purchase including item, time and date. He wanted to argue with me that I had ordered the junk and that they would follow up on the fraud on their end, insinuating that I was the one perpetrating the fraud. The location he gave me was 1885 B Beaver Ridge Cir, Norcross, GA. The number on the transaction was 1-844-510-3833. I hope this helps stop these crooks. Obviously chips don't create more security.

Scam skin product. should be charged with fraud

I ordered skin care products and paid the shipping charge using my credit card for a free trial offer. They didn't mention the product sent was a one month

supply, and if not returned within 14 days, my credit card would be charged $ 315.58 MONTHLY. The trial product is not free.

Then, yesterday and the day before, two charges appear on my credit card which I did not authorize,

two sums of $154.23 & $162.35 = $315.58.

I phoned the service #, which is in Clearwater, Florida, The product is distributed from Toronto, Ontario,

In order to obtain a refund to my credit card, the product must be returned within 30 days (at my expense) to Rapid Fulfillment in Toronto, Ontario.

An RMA# was given and when the product was received, then and only then, a credit would be issued.

This is the one and only time I have ordered such a product online, and it will be the last.

I cannot believe I was taken in by this scam. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND OTHER SCAMS.

At my age, (a senior) I am very cautious about purchasing anything

On Oct 19, 2016 I ordered Skin Tek for $19.99 plus a foreign transaction fee and my Visa card was charged as ordered. This was not a free sample deal.

The product did not work and I looked on the jar for a phone number. There was no number to call.

Transaction date: 10/20/2016 SkinTek 8443470748 London

Transaction date: 10/19/2016

Card type: Visa

Amount $19.99

Transaction type: Purchases

Merchant description: COSMETIC STORES

Reference number: 5932

10/19 10/20 SkinTek 8443470748 London 6732 0157 19.00

I was also charged $39.95 for an additional jar of SkinTek which I never received but didn't notice the double charge. Reference number: 6732

On Nov. 19 I was again charged $39.95 for another jar and it arrived on Nov. 25, 2016. I never ordered this 2nd jar as the 1st didn't work.

Shipped from Rapid Fullfilment, Inc.

I called BOA to dispute the charges. A very helpful lady was awesome and called Rapid at 818-492-2760 and spoke to Freddie. BUT Freddie could not find any record of any shipment to me using my Order No: 170968, my CC #, my name, email, or the packing #963.53.

BOA thought this extremely strange and we were not able to cancel any further orders. Freddie could not give us the name of the company they were shipping the stuff for.

BOA is crediting my account and she said the company's bank would then have to reveal the company name and halt any further orders.

Rapid appears to specialize in promoting these scams.

Rapid Fulfillment specialise in nutraceutical, health supplements and skin care fulfillment. We provide high volume order fulfillment for a range of worldwide marketers and advertisers looking to enter the lucrative UK, European and Australian market places. We have partnered up with a range of manufacturers located in the UK and USA who offer high quality low cost contract manufacturing and private label supplements. Please contact us for further information we will be happy to introduce you to one of our UK or US based manufacturers who produce diet and skin care products as well as sports supplements

BOA said they are getting an increase in calls of this type.

SO call your bank and dispute the charges. That appears to be the best way to halt these shipments of fake products that just keep coming.

TOTAL SCAM

Absolutely do not give these people your credit card information....this has turned into a huge nightmare ...they continually send pills I didn't request...I ordered a free sample with a small shipping charge...once they get your card number it's open season on your card ....I've contacted my credit card company. Twice. And made two complaints with fraud....today I recieved two more bottles of pills I did not want or order...I've called this company to cancel ..and they tell me I can't...I freaked and told the woman I had called the credit card company and I want to be removed from list. That I will contact better business beauro and my local news media so others are not ripped off as well...this original sample was supposed to be a natural prostate aid...and it looks more like a bottle of poor man's viagra with a picture of a guy on the label who looks like a porn star...thanks doctor oz...I always thought your show sucked too.
