I live in The Veo Condominium Complex next door to Ralphs's Market and Carl's Jr. Restaurant (at Avalon and East Carson Street in Carson, California 90745). My complex was built in 2016, and had I known that these two companies were so extremely unkempt, my husband and I would have never bought our apartment near theses places.
I have seen a rodent near one of theses food suppliers, and I will be contacting the EPA concerning this issue because the management of these places has not resolved it. Also, homeless people live in the parking lot of theses companies, and human excrement can be found in it. In addtion, trash lines the brick wall between my home and the parking lot metioned above. The area is far too infrequently cleaned. I hope we are not forced to move because of these problems.
This company is syste number 11 gets charged at full inflated price. They have a mark down section for old fruit and vegetables but these are probably no less than rotten and Mr, Ralph is trying to recoop every last penny. Some of the markdown cold cuts and sausages routinly cover up the best use date with the discount sticker. This week Jack Daniels is on sale for $13.99 but the small print ( so small barely readable) says you have to buy 3 bottles to get that price. One trick after another.. If you are a tourist from another country and happen to shop at Ralph's you will get charged 25^ to 30% more for everything since you are not a Ralph's Cub member. Shame on you Mr. Ralph for cheatng your customers.
