Ripped me off for $2000 after tons of emails telling me all the money I could make with their services (stock/option alerts). Lost money on my 1st 8-10 trades as prices dropped faster than I could sell the stocks for. Contacted them for refund and they said no. Told them i would complain, and they said i could get refund or another service if i didn't. I said no, and they then refused to refund. I also received a derogatory reply on twitter from Davis Martin who claims to be an expert trader on the penny pro service! They also blocked me and don't reply to my emails any longer! Stay far away from them!!

Raging Bull Stock traders Raging Bull is a rip off. I have been trying to get my money back from the money back guarantee shortly after I realized how they work. Only to find out there money back guarantee is only a credit for additional products that they offer, like want more crap to rip me off. Your not getting your money back don't believe them. So basically this is how you waste your money. Kyle or Jason will say I just bought XYZ at 9.80 you should jump on this ... they already bought at 9.80 or lower by the time you get in it at 10.70.

A few days or a week later, I just sold my XYZ at 14.80 $40% profit wow. I say oh s**t sell, log on to find its already down 4.00 you sell at break even or a loss. This pattern just repeats its self. Even after the FTC law suit against them was finish it said they should offer a refund they still said we don't read the decision that way. I know I may never get my money back, but since I'm retired now I will continue to get on every web site I can to exposé there dishonest policies. If I can help one person not loss their money, I will sleep good. Only one getting rich is Raging Bull from your subscription money. Stick to quality ETF's ...

I paid $1499 for a 1-year subscription to their Dollar Ace service and live streaming options scanner. I wanted to do a month-to-month subscription but they told me they only offered 1-yr and lifetime subscriptions. So, I paid for 1 year.

They have taken the service down due to impending legal troubles they're having with the government...not my problem, theirs. But, if they're not going to provide me with what I paid for they should give me a refund.

Problem is that they've gone dark and are not responding to any inquiries now. Kyle Dennis is sending out an email each day that they think satisfies their obligation to subscribers: "Nothing to report off the scanner, hope to talk to you soon..." yada, yada, yada. This is not what I paid for and I want my money back...pronto.

This business is fraudulantly ignoring requests to cancel automatic renewal of financial advisory subscriptions. In my case I had two subscriptions: 1) Bio Tech Breakouts ($100 / year) and 2) Dollar Ace ($1500 / year). Although I lost money on both, this is not my complaint. My compaint is that they are Raging Bull is not cooperating with clients who want to cancel, and deliberately ignor proper requests to do so. Basically Raging Bull requires that you notify them within 30 days of cancellation and do so with a phone message ("they will call you back") or you can leave a written message in a designated dialogue box, and either way they will get back to you.

It is just that they don't, or seldom do. The Bio Tech account came due last May and I made every effort to follow the rules to cancel by calling and leaving numerous messages - they never called back. I had evidence of this on my smart phone. So I took the other approach and wrote a message in the designated dialogue box. Again no response. In desparation I contacted Visa, which mailed a letter to BioTech Breakouts (affilliated withRagingBull) telling them not to charge my credit card. Visa's request and my efforts were both ignored. They charged $100.

The second account, Dollar Ace, expired August 29, 2020 and the same thing happened. I went through the same procedures and got no response at all. I was charged $1500. But this time I was a bit wiser. I made screen shots of my interaction with their website. I also made recordings of my phone calls wherein they didn't respond even after 30 minutes. If I am not made whole on this I will again contact Visa to dispute the charge. If this fails I will file suit via the internet at small claims court in New Hampshire. I have seen websites where many people say they were victims of this same scam at Raging Bull. Someone has to do something about it.

First i bought the dollar ace options trading services which is supposed to alert you to options tarding daily. As soon as i bought it, the alerts were not coming. Instead he sends a watchlist. After the 1st week, i requested a refund because the service was as shaby as they come. The deceive you into believing that they are providing several alerts in a day, but not one alert in a week.

When they insisted that they don't provide refunds and offered to move me to another service called Trade with Kyle, i agreed. Trade with Kyle was suppoed to provide both options and stock trading alerts. It's been a month since i joined the service, there has not been a single alert on options

Now on the stock trading part, he sends you alerts after he purchases...meaning that by the time you get the alerts, you are never getting the stock price he purchased and you enter at a higher price. He later sends alerts for when he sells (usually with a minimal movement in the stocks) and you my dear are in a loss because you bought higher and the stock has not moved or the price fell. And if you have a small account...too bad because you will waste your 3 day trades for $10 gains or total loss. At this point, you are confused as to whether to sell as well...So he basically buys the stock, sends his alert after buying to all his members, everyone scrambles to get in on the stock driving the price up and by that time he is out of the trade. So he sused his members to drive up stocks. Sometimes i don't enter the trades because the price has moved way beyond his entry point making the service basically useless for me. I have lost more money in this service than my whole life.

I bought dollar ace on a Saturday with hopes of getting alerts on Monday morning, that didn’t happen. It became more of a watchlist. I asked for a refund the next week. It was too much money to be feeling dissatisfied already. Under no circumstance will they refund your money...they offered to move me to another service...trade with Kyle...that’s where you help him pump up the price stock and he exits leaving you in a loss or more confused. Also it was supposed to be an options and stock trading service. Since I joined it a month ago...there has not been a single option alert on that service. Not one. I don’t know how people get away with scamming others like this.

Please invest in a proper stock trading class where they teach you everything. Avoid these programs. They talk of making millions in stocks yet you refuse to issue refunds to dissatisfied customers. Makes we wonder if my hard earned $1497 is not part of your trading success story!! The payment was for a year, why not prorate the days the customer has had the program and issue a refund for the rest of the amount since you claim that the customer may have benefited from the alerts or service? If the customers are benefiting so much like you claim, why not give them refunds at their loss right??? But no...no refunds. SCAM!!!

What was most annoying was the fact that they keep bombarding you with sales emails of other numerous services when they have not provided the services already sold. Once you purchase one service, the begin sending you convincing emails of other scam services too and just take your money.

Don’t be fooled by the emails...they are very convincing.

SCAM!! Please stay away. It’s better you invest your hard earned cash in a proper school or training on stock trading. Kyle sends you alerts after he purchased stocks thereby driving up the price when all his members get in on the stock. He sells right after an increase in a few dollars or cents.

Kyle clims to have mde millions from trading stocks. Amazing. I don't doubt that. But if you are making that much, why not refund my little $1,497?? Why not?? Why hold on to my money and not provide the service you purport to provide.

I would really prefer to get my money back but since the have refused, i decided to let everyone know what they are up to. Also read alot of reviews that the automatically charge your account for renewal. I made them send me an email specifically saying that my account will not be charged upon expiration.

Raging Bull_ _ _ _ !

I have wasted money buying their services. All their services are worthless! They have maybe one or two good picks. I just started and have better luck on my own. I am stuck with some worthless shares on Kyle recommendation.

DO NOT believe any of them! Jason Bond hasn't had a good pick in over a month of watching his picks. I didn't trade them in fact he's behind the times as he is trading and recommending stocks i got into and sold a week before he recommend and stock has not performed since he did.

IT IS pump and dump the penny pro guy Jeff Williams gives a watch list that he never buys when he sends you his buys they don't match up. His story is he was a schoolteacher, however he doesn't understand math. If he did he wouldn't put up the percentages he does. They don't work out mathmatically.

Also they give info way too late for you to possibly make money.

WORST of all they will keep your credit card/debit card info loaded up on their subscription page and refuse to remove it from there So BEWARE!

I have had to ask my bank for a new card as a result.

I have spent 1400 USD with his service. He does not enter the trades when he texts out alerts--It's simply impossible as the Charts and Time do not stray. He is already in a trade at his selected entry before he Texts out an alert. Then he sells wayyyy before he texts out a "now im selling" or as he puts it "sold"ABC company @"

Perfect example today one of the Alerts was at 3:36 EST for a buy @.484 for YRIV see attached image of chart

from realtime TOS charts

  • Jul 21, 2019

I did not use any of their training but was refused a refund which was the $1400 I paid for two years of fake trades by Jeff Williams. I followed his trades got several weeks before starting the course or trading with real money thank God. He sends out alerts which they say is a value and won’t refund my money. So I paid all that money for trades that Jeff said he did but could not have done as he said.

I watched on my Sink or Swim account the trades he supposedly made at the times he said he did. In reviewing the charts from the stock exchange there was NO way that he could have preformed when and how much he said because it did not match the volume or price. Someone was pulling the old pump and dump on the called out trade that was texted to my phone and it was always too late for me to sell as the market would be closing.

He sent out many a text at 3to 4 mins before the close so we the students got stuck with the dump of the stock as shown by the volume as someone selling long before Jeff said he did and made X number of dollars which would have required more volume than at the time he said he sold. It was all a scam with them using multiple traders for Jeff to buy before he said he did and then sell causing the stock to drop when he sent out the alert. So he runs a pump and dump with alerts that leave the student stuck.

The only way to watch Jeff supposedly in real time is to pay thousands more to watch online. I bet none of those people really saw his correct screen. He would not produce for the rest of use proof of his trades and he promoted a broker but said he wasn’t paid by them. He broker would not confirm or deny any contract with Raging Null or Jeff. Do not fall for any of them. Especially the lady from Canada who was convicted of a scam up their before joining Raging Bull They all are fakes and I hope they are sued by other ex members that are bringing them to court for charging cards for auto renewal even after you say to stop.

I got an email to confirm I was off the auto so if I get charged my card company has been told to not honor the charge and I will see them in small claims in Florida. I only got the fake texts but that is all I "used” of my paid course that has been shut down before my two years are up. No refund for me because I got the pump and dump or fake texts to my phone and email which were always late. "Oh it is only for training and not not stock advise” well Jeff used it to show how HIS account had reached the 3K target he promised everyone else would also be able to do. LIES

Please People ... any positive review you may read on RagingBull.com is from a commission earning affiliate ... Read the "Disclaimer" for ragingbull.com or all affiliated companies like Jason Bond Picks ... if you will read this disclaimer you will see they don't have to do "anything" for you ... the "Disclaimer" is written in legaleze to protect them from bank "chargebacks" and lawsuits.

For those of you too busy to read the full disclosure I quote some information they provide to protect themselves and to allow them to disadvantage you: ... "individuals should assume all information provided on our website or in our newsletter is not trustworthy" "we are not licensed or qualified to provide investment advice" "facts stated in testimonials have not been independently audited or verified. Nor has there been any attempt to determine if the experiences are representative of persons who have actually used the methods described" Think about it ... if this were a legitimate advisory service with a good track record wouldn't they want you to do a 30 day test of it at a low cost to evaluate and decide if you wanted an expensive longer servicing?

The reason they don't do a trial subscription but instead want large money up front is that they know that for 98% of their subscribers the Jason Bond Picks service will be an unsatisfactory consumer experience. It is a service that is sold on hype and not on a verifiable track record. If you have been taken by this group of criminals you may have a small chance for a chargeback through your bank. You will have to show evidence that their overall presentation was deceiving to the extent an average person could not be expected to know that "nothing" of value was provided. They have a whole staff to fight chargebacks so be ready for a long term process of back and forth prior to your bank giving you a credit ... if they ever do ... Good Luck

After getting numerous hyped up emails about this NEW service offered by Kyle Dennis and Raging Bull, I purchased the service. THE SERVICE is for one year at $1,497.00 renewed after a year of service if not canceled. After my purchase, the emails stopped and no one was answering my inquiries as to why they hyped so much then went silent . No trade alerts were sent out until a week after purchase, and it was clearly a scam trade. The service is supposed to be for vetted stocks sing tools and inidcators Kyle Dennis shared in his webinar, that promised accuracy and profits. The firsrt trade was for a PUT option on SIG, and was put out to purchse 4 months out....EXTREME INTRINISC VALUE making it expensive one, but also the direction wasn't vetted because the charts showed earnings coming, as well as indicatons on stock abotu to drop. I DID NOT TAKE THE TRADE, but I immediatley questioned the trade and due to the vague response, I requested a refund. My first request was not answered, two day later my second request was answered by Crystal (guess Kyle's name is Crystal really) She stated there is no refund for my purchase. ? HUH ? I am including the email thread below. I advised to repoert the service as misleading and fraud if not refunded....NO RESPONSE! Who actually thinks they can get away with NOT HONORING a refund request ? OptionRocket and RaginBull do I guess!

But I will report it as fraud and misleading and I recommend NO ONE TO BUY ANY SERVICE WITH THIER NAMES ON IT!

What a way to start a new service and try to build an image Kyle Dennis!

Request #164528 "Refund ASAP for Option Rocket" was closed and merged into this request. Last comment in request #164528:

Please provide immediate refund for Option Rocket.

The fact that you don't answer the phone number listed at Raging Bull is a concern to me as well...this service was hyped for three weeks and then hyped for a week after webinar.

I am not satisfied with the lack of immediate service and alerts, and the SIG PUT trade was a very POOR trade which I sent an email and questioned., which got me a vague response about how new customers can trade if they wish, along with the trades.....???

Second notice to refund.....first was sent yesterday with no response!

Please refund asap . I do not wish to provide public opinion or comments. Refund me and we part ways. This service is NOT what it was advertised and not for me.

Thanks!

Brian,

While it may be easy to mirror us, our service will never tell you to buy or sell a particular stock.

That is left to licensed brokers.

Our traders alert our members to the actual trades they are making in as near real time as possible considering it takes a few minutes to send out emails to thousands of people.

The purpose of our service is to watch our professional traders execute real money trades during the week and learn from them in doing so.

If a member chooses to “mirror” that trade they do so at their own risk.

Daren.

I have it set ...

Why is the latest SIG trade you posted is recommending PUT buys at $35 for OCTOBER when it trades at 42.17 right now, and showing bullish.

?

Is there an explanation for this ?

Paid for the service......Haven't received any further emails from you on ANYTHING.....Whats up Kyle ?

Do I need to get a refund already ? Don't you at least want to prove your service works and send details out to paying customers ?

I am eager to try the service but lack of communication for days after paying , and NOTHING on the website has me a bit concerned here.

Please advise on this......Thanks~

I think this is a SCAM and I embarassingly-stupid-me got sucked into it with their guilty-you-lazy-fool-dont-lose-out type of marketing emails feeding on peoples emotions for a yearly service. They don't offer monthly probably because it may not work and folks would cancel. They dont want to give REFUND.

They offer daily and swing trades and is not practical for me to profit from if working a full-time job. I gave it a try to learn... but ended up losing $$$ as you have to be on your toes and constantly be signed online and watch and make quick decisions. Now they want me to pay more to join their CHAT service which I cannot benefit from since I am working full-time. Maybe, it works for others. He even asks folks to send resuilts of their paper trades which he uses to market

I have several times requested videos of their daily SPY alerts for this Davis guy to trade live and record it so after work I can watch it and learn from it onbhow he buys and sells, but nothing. Apparently, he does not know how and cannot.

Now they don't want to refund me even a pro-rated amount even though I informed that I gave it try and it just did not work for me as above.

They thrive off subscriptions as it is easy money, because they probably know trading is hard and cannot earn a living with it. Then, they offer seminars and amazingly still charge their subscribers (you would think their subscriberw paying all this money, it would be free for them) and then you pay extra for VIP status.

No conscious. I tried my best to benefit from their services and because working full time, it cannot work for me and humbly asked for refund and they immediately said NO. Maybe it works for many. Not for me per above circumstances. They can even prorate it.

They dont realize that it is illegal to charge for services/products prople dont use and/or get.
