Had radiator supply house build a custom radiator for a Komatsu loader. Had to do numerous refabrications to get it to fit and function. Lost two days of business due to their inefficiencies. The cost with shipping was $1288 dollars. Here is what I got with no resolution or compensation for :
Pick up slip issued for wrong address
Radiator recieved missing parts. ( no rubber mounts). Whats told that new mounts would be on new radiator.
Missing parts shipped to wrong address. When parts where recieved, the mounts were not correct and did not work.
Bottom mounts totally off and had to be refabricated
Top mount off by an inch in height. Had to be refabricated
Fan shroud bolt holes totally off causing fan to hit shroud. Had to change hole positions.
Had to make our own rubber mounts to install.
Scheduled no service calls for my employees on two separate days to install. One day to open the crate to find radiator incomplete. Second day to find out we had to refabricate all of the above, plus make our own mounts.
I requested a refund. However, no offer of any type whatsover was made in good faith and to maintain good customer relations.
