I was Approached by this company from a mailer claiming they could negate a foreclosure and reduce my monthly payments on a mortgage we had fallen behind on. Was told they would be our Adovcate with the bank and our even told us our new payment was cut by over $500 per month. Then the wanted almost $4000 for their services in monthly payments. When they could streach this out no further they forwarded an email form the bank saying no. They said they did all they could. They did not talk to the bank and they did not come through with the promised new loan.

They have dodged many attempts to call them and email them and given many po boxes as an address. They have refused to refund the money. They do business with FIRST TEAM PROCESSING who I think is in Las Vegas with a woman named Veronica Manzo. She is associated with this scam and you can call her direct at 702-997-3419 or her associate Alex Duran at 702-997-5125.

This is just a warning, these are SCAMS.......stay away

RESPONSE FROM COMPANY

This individual withheld pertinent information that did give us the opportunity to properly review their case prior to working on the file. Due to the information that was withheld their case did not have the results they anticipated. They were issued a FULL REFUND, despite the outcome being a result of the homeowners withholding information about recent legal activities on their account.

Thank you,

QAS Management

Con job

I agree completely with this review. They are con’s. They do nothing and take your money while lying to you. Why does the State of California shut them down?

Promised to help my son and my self as my son is disabled and i take care of him. I am 57 years old and, my husband of 25 years passed away and, left me with a lot of stuff but no money. I asked for their help to modify my home loan. After paying them money i really did not have ($4613.68) they said there was nothing they could do. And they couldn't help me. Isn't there some kind of law against taking advantage of disabled and, senior citizens? Now i have no money and, have to claim bankruptcy in order to save my home. If i lose my house we will be homeless. Renting in colorado is twice as much as my mortgage. Can anybody please help us?

Submitting complaints on Quick Action Services

The CFPB is an independent federal agency built to protect consumers. We write and enforce rules that keep banks and other financial companies operating fairly. We also educate and empower consumers, helping them make more informed choices to achieve their financial goals. You may want to make a complaint with them as well as the BBB as they currently do not have a file on Quick Action Services.
