I ordered a dress and a jump suit from Queenfy. The items did come when I needed them to come.(which I paid extra) The strapless dress' breast pads did not line up with my breast. I put on a bra and they still did not line up (quality). The jump suit was suppose to be a size 12 but was not. After writing 4 emails and sending in the photos of myself in the items, which they requested as a part of their return policy ( which is RIDICULIOUS!!) and calling the bogas number on the web cite, I am very angry that this company has made it very hard for you to trust any online shopping cite. I was willing to make an exchange and not worry about getting my full refund back. I work very hard for my money and Queenfy will NEVER get another dime of my money ever again!!! I will tell all of my freinds to BEWARE of Queenfy.com.... and NOT shop there.
I ordered a dress online. I ordered one size up because I knew that I could have it altered if I needed to. The dress came but it was not in normal clothing material. It was a weird felt material and had holes in the seams. It also did not fit, it was too small. I contacted them and asked for the next size up. They said they would give me a coupon because it would cost me too much to ship it back to them. I said no, I told them either they could pay for the return and I'd take the next size up or they could give me my money back. No answer. I've contacted them again and still, no answer.
I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the one on the website. The size chart on the Queenfy website also does not match US sizes. In order to get a refund you have to email customer service and the company is not located in New York, it’s in China. The customer has to pay the cost to ship the product to China. Total scam. Don’t order from them.
Hi I placed an online order with a company called Queenfy, Queenfy is a rip-off online store, I never received a tracking order number and I never received my merchandise. Please be aware of clothen stores that online. The number that Queenfy provide online is bogus. Im very upset because I order 3 dresses for my 50 birthday thats is coming up soon and still nothing to this day Oct 27, 2017. My order was placed on Oct 18, 2017 Queenfy got my money and Im without my items.
I ordered 2 dresses and 1 swimsuit with Queenfy on March 21, 2018 and was told that I should receive my purchase in 7-15 days but then on April 4, 2018 I received and email stating that my procuct was shipped and that it will now be 7-15 days but they took my $51 immediately. I have emailed them only to receive a dummy email reply that stated that my items will take 7-15 days I attempted to call the listed number only to hear that the number provided was not available and that the mailbox was filled. I again sent a message on their FB page and still no answer. In the FB message I asked for my product or money back
Once I received my order, I inquired about returning because the clothing was too small. On their advertising, they claimed to be a US company, and listed Ohio as the state. When attempting to return the items, they tried to offer me $16.52 for an order that totaled $165.00. After going around and around, I communicated I wanted to return all but one piece, and asked for a shipping label. They said they couldn’t provide a label.
I asked for an address they provide a China address stating they do not have an US address. To return the items will cost $283.17 more than what I’ve paid for the order. I explained that they listed a US location on their website, how come I cannot get a US address to return the items…needless to say they tried offering me 80.00 to keep the items…still not acceptable because the items are too short, I can’t wear them.
I communicated, I either wanted a US address, or a shipping label, so I can be refunded the cost of all but one piece.
Scam!!! I ordered two jean skirts. First of all i knew something was wrong when they were in my small mailbox. The material is a joke, more like some flimsy cotton cheap mess. Secondly i ordered size large..i could only get one leg in...it looked like an extra small. Their return policy is a joke. I am so pissed right now. This bogus company will NEVER get a coin from me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
I love this company, their prices are great, customer service is terrific, response time and how they resolve situations is through the roof. I purchased several item several times and will continue to do so. They are my first go to company. The style of clothing is to die for, fashionable, fierce, competition cutting edge designs. You will always get a compliment. I have recommended them to quite a few people on my job. They ordered and think the company and fashion are phenomenal. Love u!!!...
