I purchased a rocky Marciano signature cut from this seller that was guaranteed authentic with a certificate of authenticity. I spent almost $400 on the signature, $225 to get it custom matted and framed, and another $75 to get it authenticated. It took about another to get to me during the pandemic. I took it to the first authentication event held in MA to get it authenticated by JSA, the original event they were holding earlier was cancelled so I had to wait for the next one which took place.in Saugus MA on 2-6-21. At which time I was notified it was fraudulent and not even a signature but a facsimile.
I contacted the seller immediately through the selling platform, messages through their official website, and emails. The phone number on file from Google is disconnected. I waited 2 months for the JSA letter to come in without hearing back from this company (pyramid autograph) I again sent emails and messages including the letter stating it is not authentic, but still no response for trying to get my money refunded. I fear waiting for them to respond has made too much time go by, and that this was done purposely for this reason. I've since seen reviews all dating of this year and late last year with very similar complaints. Please help stop these multiple fraudulent accounts from happening, as this company must have taken tens of thousands of dollars from customers due to selling fraudulent memorabilia with their fraudulent certificates of authenticity. I am able to provide photos of the signature cut with their C.O.A. as well as the JSA letter stating it isn't authentic
