Purse Valley Reviews

They sent me the wrong item. I took pictures of the item. I sent my pictures to them. I emailed them , I called them. They never fixed their mistake. I paid $300.00 for an item I did not pick out or want and now I'm left with an ugly item I might as well throw out. They didn't care to fix their mistake. No one cared to send me what I paid for. They also told me to send the item back at my expense to China. WoW is that how you do business?

I'd ordered a Louis Vuitton replica bag from them last year. When I'd received the bag, it's integrity was absolutely horrible and looked liked it was made by a 6 year old. I'd called to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction, only to be met with a customer service rep who became quite irrate, combative and seemed to take the issue quite personal. Because he became so rude (much to my surprise)....I asked to speak with a manager. His response after a brief silence. ..I'm the manager. He kept saying that he was the manager and eventually after I'd told him that I knew that he couldn't have been and asked again to speak with the manager. He'd then told me not to order from them anymore because he didn't need my business. I was shocked! All of this because I'd asked to speak to his superior because of the way that he was treating me on the phone. I'd them called several times the next day, only to be hung up on, placed on lengthy hold time's, placed back in the que, or just never even returning to the phone. I'd then hang up and call back. I'd sent email after email for the manager but, to no avail. It was at least a week later, almost 2 that I'd actually finally had the opportunity to speak with the manager who'd returned my call. Once the manager (Sarah) called me back, she'd apologized for him lying to me as well as the unprofessional treatment of me as a customer. She'd then stated that if I have an more issues to contact her directly and she gave me her email address. Well, that nasty bag had to be returned, which was but, exchanged instead for what she assured wound be a quality bag. Well, that didn't happen at all, so that bag as well had to be returned. She wanted the opportunity to prove that they could deliver a quality product, so they'd sent one at a discount price. After all of that I'd found out that because I'd had a dispute with that person (Michael), that I wasn't allowed to use a credit card. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'd called several times, sent email messages for the manager who'd told me that if I had an issue to email her. Well, she wouldn't even respond to the emails at all. Again, I'd made several calls, was placed on hold, was placed back into the que, and was hung up on. It took 2 days, several calls, and emails before I'd realized why I couldn't purchase using a credit card anymore like all the rest of the customer's were. At this point I'd realized that I'd been singaled out, that my rights had been violated as a consumer and in the background. ...one of the gentlemen or so called gentlemen......yelled a racial epithet. I guess not realizing that I was no longer on hold, because I was immediately placed back on it, and then after hung up on. They didn't want to return my money, they weren't allowing me to use a card but, demanded a payment up front all because I'd had a dispute with someone who'd disrespected me, lied to me, lied on me, told me that he didn't need my business and not to order any more. I mean I'd never seen anything like it. But, even before all of this it was a matter of the quality of the freaking bags. The first one looked like it was made with a needle and thread and the second was no better but, they didn't want to the the bag back at first, they'd tried not to honor the 100% guarantee stated on the front page. They then didn't want to give me the money back but, to make an exchange, only to be dissatisfied with the quality of that one as well. Once again. ...I'd sent several messages, made calls etc....and again was treated with blatant disrespect.
