On March 28/ 2018 I transferred $5,000 to Purpose Consultant for credit repair and business Corporation build-out. The sole purpose of using their services was to acquire a loan of a significant amount so that I could buy a franchise. The amount was supposed to be somewhere around $200,000 to $300,000. It is now the 20th of July and I have yet to receive any services from them or a valid explanation why nothing has been done. As a results I attempted to make an official request for a refund.
Unfortunately their email address on my receipt is incorrect and their mailing address is no better than their emailing address. Both Return to Sender. I then attempted to contact Miss Madre Giles directly. We text back and forth and in doing so she expressed that I was not her ideal client because my credit score was low. Unfortunately because I want a refund she decided to no longer speak with me and to refer me to her attorney. Yet when I asked her for her attorneys information all I got was silence.
So I did my own homework and I found out who her attorney was Mr Kimani King. Once I contacted him, he assured me that he would investigate the situation and get back to me. It has been several days and there has been no response from him or her. And I would bet good money they are the out-of-sight out-of-mind types of people. Now, I did get in contact with their company over the phone. This was of course after I tried to get the refund VIA mail and email. In both cases the people I spoke with were very adamant about me being in credit repair. However neither of them could tell me who was handling my credit and how long they've been doing it. In fact whenever I would ask the question about who was handling my credit they would choke up and then say someone will get back to you.
Of course no one has gotten back to me with any information. As a result of this whole ordeal. My credit is not in repair. I do not own a corporation. I cannot apply for a business line of credit or anything similar. I will not get a loan for the amount of money specified earlier. I will not be able to start a franchise without the money. Most of all they are not willing to give me my money back. That's $5,000 for nothing. These people are Beyond shame. They do not deserve what they have. And they will take what you have. Save yourself and don't do business with them.
