Ordered a sample and paid shipping of $4. I have written to them several times but still not cancelled. They keep sending product and charging my account for it. I never ordered anything but the free sample. Rip off. I am now having to cancel my account because of it.

Along with so many others I fell for the scam of Garcinia being a weight loss supplement and found out that it does nothing to reduce weight nor any other substantial benefits. I received another shipment while on vacation and with the mail held did not realize it until we were home and sorted all the mail received and found out I had this shipment. So I canceled by email saying I wanted no further shipments. I received an email saying I had to call as they could not cancel unless I called in person. So after much to be done around the farm from returning from vacation, I called and canceled but it turns out I got another shipment two days after canceling. I called Monday after New Years and was told tough they charged it before I called so I had to accept it. This crap is $85/bottle of worthless garbage. That is $170 they took from my checking account and it does nothing. I am on Disability and the last thing I needed was a scam to strip more funds from my already depleted account. This is definitely a scam, do not purchase from Pure Line.

Pureline’s corrupt business practices cheated me out of $130.

I ordered Garcina Cambogia from Pureline with a 14 day trial period in which I paid more than the shipping for the product. I realized immediately after I ordered the product that I was charged for a second product.

I called immediately and was told there were no refunds but they would give me a discount. I received the product on October 30. I realized after the first few days that I did not like the product.

On the 7th day after I received the product I was charged the full price for the items 79 and 69 for another product that I did not even order. I called and the response was I needed to call in by November 4th to not be charged which is 5 days after I received the product.

The trial period begins when you order and it takes 9 days to be delivered. Again they would not issue a refund but gave me a discount. This company and the people that work for them are scam artists. I ordered one product thinking I would be paying just for shipping if I did not like the product. If you buy from this company you will be swindled out of your hard earned money.

I requested a sample of the garcinia and forskolin for 4.99 each for the shipping. I rec'd my Sept. credit card bill w/a charge of 79.95 and 69.95. I contacted the credit card co. to advise i did not authorize these charges. I contaced Pureline via phone on 9/5 spoke to TaWanda and she said the charges were for the 2nd shipment. I didn't rec. a 2nd shipment. She told me to call back when i rec. the 2nd shipment for a return authorization.

i recd the 2nd shipment at the end of September, called pureline and was told because i notiified my credit card co. they could not and would not give me a credit. I have all of the emails and a rec't showing that i was not charged anything.

I recd my October credit card statement and the orig. charges were credited to my account and now pureline charged my credit card w/additonal charges that i did not authorice and did not rec. any addtional product.

I contacted my credit card co. to dispute the charges and to block this co. from ever placing charges on my card again.

I contacted pureline on 11/3 spoke w/Dennis and he told me the co. placed me on a black list because i disputed the charges, Dennis could not give me a return authorization and told me they sent me addtional product that i did not order or authorizize. He could not transfer me to his boss. His bosses name is James and works at the manufacture plant in Tampa Fl. Dennis could not give me James phone # or his last name.

This co. is the worst for customer service & charging my credit card w/chargest that i did not authroize. I have a rec't showing that i was not charged anything.

Let me know what you can do from here. I plan on using social media to my advantage.

This companies licenses should be revoked and I'll look to see what licneses they have & contact those agencies also.

I ordered online Diet supplement expecting to be charged $4.95 for shipping as 30 days it was a Free supplement (Trial)

Within 2 weeks they sent me 3 Bottles of Different products & Charged on my Card $84.90 Also $79.95.

I have now recieved another 2 boxes which i'm returning to them & expect to be reimbursed.

Hopefully they will answer the phone.

I was reading a website attempting to determine allergen information for produts prior to determining if I would be able to consume them. I have MANY allergies.While on the website I was also reding articles about products and lifestyle, a "Next Page" button is at the bottom of each page. I just clicked "next page" to continue reading. When you click "Next Page" on this company website you are "Agreeing to place an order" for the product or service you just read about. I did not discover this undtil later that same day after I received an email confirming my order. After carefully checking the website without clicking any buttons that Google Chrome had "autofilled" my information. This has been corrected. I attempted to contact the company to cancel but was told I had to wait until the order was received then call the number on the shipping invoice included in the package. I received the package and called the company today, the customer service rep I spoke with was polite at first but as the call progressed became increasing rude & kept repeating himself with the exact same words over & over, I was transferred to a superviser, though the superviser was polite at no time was a solution offered, toward the end of the call I was getting rude so I decided to terminate the call advising the superviser that I wanted to retrun the product I am not able to use and demanded a refund. When the superviser started to repeat himself as well, with exact same words I had had enough and disconnect the call. This company refuses to refund anyone. They have very poor customer service and use false advertising to force consumers to purchase items they have no intention of purchasing. Long story short, this is a RIP OFF.

Warning: this company does not provide any allergen information and refuses to answer any allergen questions. Their only response is to go to your Doctor and ask him. Seriously, the doctor doesn't know what is in a product, cannot determine what binding agents were used, what other products were produced on the same equitpemnt ect... This company is endangering the lives of many many people all over the world.
