For weeks, I have been receiving daily automated phone calls from Emily to call her because my business is in danger of being listed incorrectly. After more than 3 weeks of these calls, I answered and spoke with a young man (Ryan, I believe) who told me that I was receiving the calls because Google assigned all businesses an address years ago and they are calling because I did not claim mine.

At the beginning of the discussion, I said I was not interested in listing my information. I simply wanted them to stop calling me at home. The young man said he could take care of that, all I had to do was verify my listing informaiton. After correcting their information, I was told that they will send me a postcard in the mail with an authorization number to claim my listing in 5-7 business days. To claim my listing, I need to pay $399 - a one time payment. I told him I will not pay him to remove my listing and stop the calls. The young man proceeded for 20 minutes to tell me how to spend my money for my business and the cost should not a big deal considering the amount of money I make. I repeatedly told him I would not pay for this listing and repeatedly was lectured. I asked to speak with a manager but was told the manager was busy. I asked to wait and was told he was over the limit for this call, then he began lecturing me again.

This company is a complete fraud. I asked countless times to have my number removed from their system. I asked them to stop calling me because I am not interested and he continued to lecture me on my business and tell me to pay $399. I asked him to have the manager call me and hung up.

Beware of this company. They are a scam. If you want them to stop calling you and to remove your information, they will charge you.

I was contacted through Public Relations to get my bussiness registered for Google at 399.00 lifetime. Then they said they could get my bussiness listing to come up in the top 5 of my bussiness listing within 3 months. The first team member was a guy who gave me all kinds of promises and after a rew weeks my bussiness still did not come up under Google. I called to complain and they told me the person i was assigned to got fired. The next guy assigned to me talked and still nothing changed. No bussiness coming up under Google. At this point i have already paid 169.00 enrollment fee and 169.00 for June. Coming into July I had an appointment on the 2nd that was scheduled 3 weeks earlier. I recieved no text the day of meeting so i missed the July 2nd conference call. By the 24th of July i was not contacted so at this point i am done with Public Reputation at a cost of another 169.00 taken out of my account. So as of this writing i am into them for 169.00 times 4 and they hadn't done a thing for me. When i told them i was done with them they told me everything they had done for me would be deleted. I paig 640 for nothing. They expect you to pay them 169.00 for the rest of your bussiness life which they don't tell you up front. PUBLIC REPUTATION IS A SCAM.

The company named, Public Reputation calls my company phone multiple times per day - every day. Its an automated call with a recorded voice saying "Do not hang up. Your Google listing is about to expire and if that happens customers will not be able to find you on the internet. Press one to confirm and claim your web address before it's to late!"

When you hit one it takes you to a live operator. I have requested my phone number be removed from their call lists more times than I can now evcen recall over a three month period. Each time, I am either told they will remove it (but it will take up to 72 hours to be removed) OR - and this reaction is far more frequent - they will go into a tirade and begin cursing and yelling at me into the phone for not wanting their services and for calling them out for misrepresenting themselves as a part of Google. (They are listed as a Google Partner)

They seem to love the opportunity to become abusive and threatening and I have read other reports of people being told by this company that they must pay nearly $400 if they want the calls to stop.

The phone number on our caller ID that comes up everytime they call is: 231)222-5305. It will ask you to hit the number 1 and it instantly goes to an agent who knows your business name right off the bat.

They are disrupting my business and are harrassing my employees on a daily basis. Google should be doing something to stop this company from using their name in this harassment.

Call and claim be a "Google partner", and to offer some vague service to increase your business's visibility on Google. They have absolutely no standing or affiliation with Google (Scam !), and anyone who knows anything about the Internet and search engines knows that there is absolutelu no need for SEO in this modern age.... all of the major search engines automatically find and scan your Websites (another Scam!).

Legitimate companies do not mis-represent who they are associated with. Legitimate companies do not hide behind spoofed (intentially incorrect) telephone numbers.

This is a SCAM operation designed to separate you from your money... you'll get little or nothing of value in return.

Sure wish these dumb-a**es would stop calling us on a daily basis. Maybe the owner (Ben Zion Aboud) needs to be one of the first foreign economic terrorists deported from USA.
