Took my grand daughters ipad to PST because the screen would suddenly black out. Irvin said it would be ready the following day and cost $189.00. It took them 8 days to repair and the day after we picked it up the exact same problem was occuring. Pat (the owner) said they would repair it again & it will cost us $189.00 again. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? Pat is a rude, nasty person. PST IS A RIPOFF!
WARNING, PST IS A RIPOFF! We took my iPad to PST computers for repair. THEY CHARGED ME $90.00 IN ADVANCE. They had it 2 days, and we paid $80 EXTRA when we picked it up because PST said it needed an LCD display. The day after we picked it up it was not working, AGAIN! I phoned PST and spoke to Roy (VERY RUDE). He told me he was IRVIN. We recorded that call. It took us over a week to get the owner Patrick Guertin on the phone. He would not listen to my complaint nor would he listen to the recorded call with his employee and I. It seems unbelievable but truthfull when I tell you Patrick Guertin hungup on us. I wanted go and teach him some manners, lucky for him my wife stopped me. We are doing the small claims Broward Court thing. WARNING, PST IS A RIPOFF!
