SCAM ALERT: PPWS/PARDON CANADA
0/5 STARS!! THE WORST!! THESE CRIMINALS SHOULD BE JAILED!! THEY TOOK OVER $1000 FROM ME FOR A PARDON AND DID NOTHING. THEIR NAMES ARE KOLT CURRY AKA KOLT THEODORE, IVERINE WILLIAMS AKA IVY, JAMES BERTRAND, AND MINA AKA MINA XOXX ON FACEBOOK. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. EVER. THEY OPERATE UNDER PROVINCIAL PARDONS AND WAIVER SERVICES AND PARDON CANADA. LOCATED IN TORONTO ONTARIO CANADA. IT'S DISGRACEFUL!!! SHAME ON THEM!!! THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED, CONVICTED, AND JAILED!!!
Took my money in Jan 2015 with a promise of a US Waiver and Record Suspension to be delivered by end of the year. 18 months later and still nothing but empty promises.

I applied in 2017, amount of $1400 was paid, waited waited waited and finally I got an email state that they sent a wavier by courier on the 12th of April 2019, now it's JUNE.
They are the scammer. Reported to RCMP, they said if people called in more, they would take this serious matter. Z

To be honest . After seeing all these scam alerts I backed right out of business with kolt curry. I didn't know what to think. I'm glad I backed out before I payed him

Finally got my refund from my credit card company. These pirates took my deposit then said they’d withdraw the remaining balance, but never did. After a year and a half, they tell me I still owe $615 to “complete” my pardon. I paid it and then I was told I owe another $630. After phoning and speaking to Kolt and Mina, I was promised a refund of the $615 I paid. They said it would take 7-10 business days to show up on my card. They stopped answering the phone after that. When I did get ahold of Mina, she said she was sorry but they were backlogged and the refund was on its way. Then my phone number was blocked and still is to this day. Lucky for me, she sent off emails stating I was getting a refund. My credit card company honoured it. Do yourselves a favour, and skip using these people!!! This company actually told me that Mina and Kolt have no authority to make financial decisions. Totally unprofessional in my opinion! Stay far away!!!
Kolt Theodore is a liar/salesman and everyone working along in there. The company (also called Record Removal Services CANADA) just takes your money and doesn’t do any work. They lie to you in the beginning about the convenience, covering the application fees and timely processing times but THEY DO NOT DELIVER. No follow backs, delays times, doesn’t take your calls and the package I was supposed to receive in 3 months took 11 months (incomplete & mistakes) PLEASE JOIN ME AND OTHERS TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS. I finally received an email 08 APR 2019 says ready to send your waiver by courier, but never ever came...
It was supposed to be anniversary gift to my husband, now I just lost $1400... to I'm so devastated

I was contacted by James Bertrand from Provincial Pardons and Waivers Inc.
I paid the amount requested by credit card and some was in payments.
I still have some emails from him as well. I never deleted them.
I have contacted him by email Jan. 12, 2016 and no response back.

They are the Scam, took thousands of money from us is now on clothing business.

$1354.00 my family could really use this Christmas but Kolt got it instead. I wanted a pardon so I could get a better job and all I got was scammed.

No Response/ stolen money
Basically stole my money, collected up front, did nothing in almost 3 years
I have informed TD Visa of their actions and have logged a fraud complaint.
