When I went to purchase a phone, I asked Boost Mobile if there was a simple way to pay it off in 12 equal payments. They set me up with

Progressive Leasing. They only showed me the part of the contract where my total fee would be around 118.00 - plenty of interest on a 99 dollar phone.

But they kept deducting money from my account, and not just monthy but bi-monthly. I looked at the contract online and noted that they were charging me 130.00 leasing fee on this 99 phone, plus the fee for the phone, plus an extra 9 dollars the first month. A total of about 259.95 for this 99 dollar loan.

I have viewed the customer complaints on 4 different sites and the unhappy customer is given the same two sentence, cut and paste response. "Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We recognize that some time has passed since your dissatisfactory experience. We strive to be above board with our customers and our hope is that we can assist you with your concerns. If you would like to discuss your concern with us, please call at 877-593-2520. We appreciate your time." But nothing is ever actually corrected. This is the very definition of Loan Sharks.

Ordered a necklace on nov 11, received it on nov 22, instantly was unsatisfied with the purchase since it wasn't what i ordered, now they are saying they will stop all payments but won't refund my initial payment of $100, because they have a 5 day return policy. So because they took 11 days to ship my merchandise, i have to suffer the loss. Complete and otter scam, terrible service was placed on hold and had my calls juggled back and forth. Will never do service with them ever again, and would warn anybody else against it.

Double-Talking Unknowledgeable Representatives

Conversation began with a rep named 'Will' who placed me on hold for 2-3 minutes, came back, let me know he would return; returned transferring to an account holder rep. I'm on CT @ 1:57pm. While waiting I decided to use my cell phone to call the office again while my house phone remained on hold and proof to determine exactly how long would I really be on hold. Here's notes I was typing while waiting, speaking with 3 representatives below.

Contacted Progressive Leasing LLC today, April 07, 2016. Representative named Will at answered at approximately 1:20pm.

Will began the conversation with history/knowledge of shaky payment revealed that the payment schedule was initially for the 1st of the month due every month thereafter commencing no sooner than 10 days from delivery date.

Going back to the contract delivery date is Feb. 4th 10 days to that Feb. 14th scheduled date until 02/25/16.

Guess originally set up once monthly we say needs to be near end of month but could have been automatically set up the system so now knows every month.

Auto set up based upon first payment when it comes out. By the way first payment set up…honestly how that would have come about. Fist payment came first date after delivery date according to contract 1 pay per month if on 25th system identifying 21 days after delivery date.

System identified at end of month, so must make payment at end of every month. We would like to work with you so that “our system” fits your needs. So you would prefer your payment on the 4th instead of the 29th? I asking why would I set something up for last of month when income doesn’t arrive until 3rd of month?

Transfer over to an account holder who will review notes on my account to see how the matter will be assisted. The rep “Will” never really acknowledged that the rep “Aisha” who stated she had received authorization to reimburse my bank account for the $47.57 which resulted in bank account -$24.71.

Will indicated I would be placed on hold for at least 2-3 minutes. Came back again stating that account holder is on line but will keep me on hold until issue can be dissected. Going to transfer TO ANOTHER account manager and we going to create schedule best fit you. At this point I’ve been on hold since 1:57pm. Total time spent thus far the phone reflects is 56:51 minutes. At this writing still remaining on hold and it’s now 3:52pm. I am hanging up call 4:05 pm. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Made payment online 04/04 and company never told me that the automated checking deduction would not recognize the online payment resulting in double deduct and bank account in -$24.71.

Will at Progressive Leasing on 04/07/2016 @ 1:20pm. What was resolved? Nothing from his end.

Spoke with a rep named Cathy who was friendly, polite and transferred to Sherri. Sherri explained again, another area of how this company works that neither Will nor any other reps had discussed. Sherri successfully REMOVED their NSF $27 from my online statement.

BUT although the rep named Aisha whom I faxed on April 04 to demonstrate the bank was showing the double billing resulted negatively stated Progressive Leasing would reimburse $47.57 within 1-2 days. I've learned that wasn't real.

Rep Sherri stated she was under impression that I was requesting reimbursement because I didn't notify them 2 days advance about don't auto-debit checking account. Also had too many reps acknowledging they would straighten out but only 1 (Sherri); otherwise Will did a "pissy" excuse of customer service and Aisha did a "pissy" way of showing her "no-job knowledge" so they will NEVER, EVER, NEVER, EVER get me to become a returning customer. Wouldn't matter if they were the only company in USA giving credit for water if Dallas experienced poor water quality like Flint, MI.

Kathy answered cell phone call to recap. Transferred me to a Sherri. She indicated that payment online resulted in return since account setup with checking instead of debit card.

Also indicated THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE THE promised $47.57 from Rep Aisha. I reiterated that this would result in my bank assuming I lied about Progressive restoring the doubled $47.57 therefore.

Tressa, another rep, stated Sherri indicated $27.00 fee reimbursed in 5-7 days (hah). I was given her direct extension, (***) ***-**** (****)
