I bought the upper RV insurance policy which included no question asked roof damage insurance and my RV was involved in a hail storm and my RV roof started to leak progressive RV insurance is trying to play the blame game asking me for hundreds upon hundreds of photos to prove that I maintained my RV roof which I have I clean condition and put UV protectant on the roof three to four times a year.

Photos prove it was well maintained I had an RV repair company come and they had to repair the RV roof because Jayco used luan as a roof and the RV repairman said they should have used 3/8 in wafer board or plywood not Luan which in the Arizona heat bubbles and splinters and a splinter from the Luan went through my roof which nobody would have known until the repair was done.

Thank God I caught it in time because there's no mold damage but either way progressive is still jerking me off and I have no question asked roof insurance I think it's up to $10,000. They're working and swindling their words around so they don't have to cover these bills.

I pay for insurance and they raised my rates and they have probably going to deny the claim like most insurance companies do they want to take your money but they don't want to pay for any damages that occur still waiting on their word and the RV repair insurance guy will be calling them also they charged me a lot more on my renewal on my RV insurance and they have not even paid the claim so why they raising the rates?

Oh that's right it's an insurance company they're all scammers and if they do not cover this claim? I don't want their insurance because their insurance is worthless. When you need them they turn it back on you and don't pay the claim. I will update you on the outcome on a progressive RV insurance does the right thing under the policy that I paid for but here are complaints about progressive. And I will be looking over the whole internet and if I find any other complaints I will post them accordingly.

I am currently working with this company to pay off a debt that I owe them. I have been making monthly payments to this company for a cellular device I purchase through Metro PCS. I must honestly admit that I started out making payments but due to unseen financial and economic circumstances I could not make scheduled payments according to the leasing agreement that I signed. At one point, I had even stop making payments but attempted to work wtih the company to continue to pay off the balance. I contacted Progressive to discuss if I could be taken off the automatic debit withdrawal method and to send in payments because I was not receiving direct deposit in this particular account. Progressive allowed me to change my payment method to mail in status. I was making payments on-line when I could. Progressive never took money out of my account without the consent being signed or a payment being set up.

Progressive allowed me to make payment arrangements to get my account paid off. I would call in to schedule the payments monthly and even recently at least twice a month. I was thankful for this..in which they have allowed me to because I was having difficulties making the schdeule payments due to finances. I noticed a couple of months ago that even though I was making these scheduled pay dates and actually making payments.. Progressive took an additional payment out of my account without my direct consent. (Anytime I made a scheduled payment I would sign a statement on0line about the debit transaction) I did not authorize this transaction.

I felt bullied and when I called to make more payments this was never brought up. I thought I was at a lost and I did not know what to do. I recently called in to schedule a payment date with customer support for a scheduled date to pay once a month and agreed on the new payment date.. well low and behold I look into my account and they have taken another transaction without my permission and even after they told me they would work with me on a monthly schedule. I am not a lawyer nor do I understand if this is legal or not but it is very unethical and not business savy to go against your word. If you allow customers to work with the company as far as payments why would you attempt to enter their accounts without consent and debit additional money even after scheduled payments are being made on time. I do not know or understand but I will be seeking a lawyer's consultation service ASAP! Progressive will never get a recommendation from me!!!!!!!!
