This company engages in highly questionable operations. After paying a discounted price for MS Office 2016 Home and Business, I received an email with the subject line, "Your Activation Keys". However, the email only included a statement saying the product keys would be emailed within a day. The following day, when no emails were received, I had to try multiple times to reach anyone on the phone. Their general phone number went into voicemail. Eventually I reached someone in "sales", who immediately offered a refund with no explanation. After further questioning, he suggested that my credit card was never charged to begin with and that there must have been a problem with my card. However, I checked with my bank and a charge indeed was made. At the present time, it appears they have issued a refund, but I am adding the business to a fraud list with my bank. Do not expect to receive the product as expected with this company. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Programsdepot is a SCAM! I ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2013 by download, which they advertised as a licensed version. Paid $119, which granted, was cheap, but I thought that was because it was an older software than what is currently being marketed. The actual installation process didn't go at all like their instructions said it would, which was no big deal, only an observation. Then, in the process of registering the software with Microsoft, I received notification that Microsoft didn't recognize it as a legitimate licence.

I went back online and searched for programsdepot and my computer couldn't find one website by that name, nor would my computer accept the web domain programsdepot.com. Later, I received an e-mail from [email protected], asking that I give them a good review for a $25 gift card. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My credit card company is opening a dispute so that we won't be responsible for $119, but look out folks! You don't want to buy from them!

I purchased windows 7 professional software for $55 and when I went to microsoft to verify product ke it said the key was already installed. I tried to follow the "directions to in stall" that came with the email I recieved from Programs Depot and it did not work. I tried emailing and calling them to get a refund or an explination. I got no answer and the automated system sends you in circles. DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. EVER

Programsdepot.com is a dishonest, deceptive, and unethical company. I purchased Windows 10 Pro from them. I was sent an email from them a couple days later stating that I would receive a $25 Visa gift card or store credit immediately if I submitted a five star positive review. I thought it was great because I actually was going to purchase Windows 7 from them as I really did not like Windows 10 that much. I submitted a five star positive review.

I waited for an email from them with a link or coupon for the $25. I did not receive one so I contacted them via chat on their website. I was informed that I would have to wait eight to twelve weeks before I would get anything. I told the representative that the email clearly stated that I would receive it immediately if I submitted a five star positive review. I then asked for an instant $25 store credit since I was planning on purchasing Windows 7 from them. The representative informed me that there was nothing that they could do.

Given this new information, I went back to their website to submit an updated one star negative review. However, it was never published. I believe this company is very dishonest, deceptive, and unethical in their marketing practices. They promise you something to get you to leave a five star positive review, but then do not deliver it after your review is published on their website. They will not post a review if it is less than five stars. All of their reviews are five star ratings on their website. I am surprised this company is allowed to get away with treating consumers like this.

I purchased Microsoft Office software from this company. I ordered an older version as that was all we needed and the price was good. They emailed me an activation key very quickly after my purchase. The activation key allowed me to download the software but when I tried to activate it I got a message that the Activation Key had been used too many times.I tried the alternative phione activation but again got a message that the new Identification key I received would not work. Over the course of an entire afternoon in response to my emails and phone calls to them ProgramsDepot sent me two additional Activation keys. I received the same error message when I tried to use them. At that point I gave up, deleted the download I couldn't activate, and bought the full new version from Microsoft which downloaded and activated with no trouble. I have emailed and phoned ProgramsDepot explaining the situation and asking for a credit with no response from them so far. I heve also contacted my credit card company. Given the three different activation keys I have a strong suspicion the software might be bogus. Beware.

SCAM--no longer can be found on Internet

I bought 2 version of MS Office Pro. Downloaded. Then computer crashed. Trying to re-install, only to find out that the product code is no longer valid with Microsoft. There is no longer a website listing for programsdepot.com. I still have the email. Tried the link in the email. Comes back as a bad website address. Stay away from this company. I am out $115.00 for MS office Pro 2016.
