We hire Professinal Shipping LLC/Randy Stalvey to move a machine from Miami, FL to Maine for $6,100. He doesnt have any customer service at all and he is all the time screaming at everybody, at the moment of the machine getting delivered to Maine we pay him a full amount of $6,100 but the carrier didnt want to unload the machine because Randy Stalvey refused to pay the carrier $5,700. At the end in order for the driver to unload the machine we have to pay also the carrier $5,700 in order to release the unit to my customer. We have sent letters and collection agencie and all he said is not to call him and that his lawyer will handle this, we also try to comunicate with his lawayer and never pick up the phone, we have a report with DOT and he doesnt even care, so becarefull with this person as i not honest at the momento of doing business and paying. So far he refused to pay the $5,700 back
