I'm not the guy who cries about lousy service, but in this instance I'm doing mankind a huge favor, and I'm counting on good Karma in return:).

Less then 5 Min after I placed the order, and on a non working day (Sunday their time), I cancelled the order, got receipt and acknowledgement of that order cancellation in Email.

Next day I email them, and now the go play their scam spiel.

Sir, the order is already in the system, we cannot pull your order anymore, it is being processed.

This is the typical SCAM line most **** retailer would use to save a sale.

Folks I placed the order July 1 2018, it was still showing not processed on July 2, it arrived at my mailbox July 11.

Have proof that they send a cancellation email to me, confronted them with this all prior to July 2, 2018.

However as scam operator would do, they denied and denied, and shipped anyway.

Their hope is that you will accept the package, will not conform to their return policy and incur return shipment cost, on your dime.

Your credit card company cannot help you there in the dispute, because without you having proof of mailing, they will say, we don't have it, as a TRUE Scammer would do.

So my option were pay for return shipping and having to correspond with the scammers for RMA.

Open the package, inspect the contents, and in my case donate it to a deserving individual.

And making it my mission in life to spread the word of this SCAM operation called PROBIKEKIT.

Folks in reviewing all other posters with similar encounters, it is not a fluke.

I would have been smarter if I would have taken the advise from other posters(victims)

Consider US based retailers, might be a buck more, but way less headaches.

In February I purchased cycling bib short from this website. They advertised free mailing. On February 13, I received a request for an additional $35 from a custom brokerage firm. At no time did Probikekit say they were sending the shorts to a custom broker or that there would be brokerage fees. When I wrote Probikekit they admitted it was a mistake and they were discontinuing the practice. I had purchased goods from them before and there were never brokerage charges. I asked for my money to be refunded on Feb. 13 2018. They refuse to refund my money until the item is returned by their broker to their warehouse. This holds me responsible for an item I never received due to Probikekit's error. As of March 26 2018 I have not received a refund and they continually refuse to refund my money.

I ordered a two part cycling outfit from the ProBikeKit Australian website. Herein lies the first bit of deceipt as the Australian website creates the illusion that this is an Australian based company. It isn’t. It is simply a mirror of their UK website and every aspect of the company (orders, transactions, product dispatch and customer non-service) is done from the UK. The website indicates when items are unavailable due to no stock. The items I selected were indicated to be in stock. After several weeks, they shipped me 1 Part of a 2 part outfit, which is completely useless to me. They charged me for it too. At the same time, they commenced sending me numerous emails happily advising that my order would be fulfilled soon. I received the first garment and, assured the second part was to follow, tried it on for fit.

After several more weeks and emailed promises of pending dispatch, I wrote to ProBikeKit which is in itself a painful experience. You have to log into your account to email them and ever response is from a donotreply email address. I asked them where my order was. Jack promptly told me that, contrary to their previous lies, the item had never been available to ship from the time I ordered it. The last part had been purchased shortly before my order and they would not be getting more stock He cancelled my order. What about the unusable part they they shipped and charged me for, knowing I’d never be able to use it? Sue Snowling, their customer relations manager politely told me too bad too sad (not her words), no refund because I had worn (tried on) the outfit. "But I only tried on because you emailed and promised the other part was on the way”, I had told them. Too bad. Don’t deal with this company. Their sales tactics are unscrupulous, fraudulent and deceiptful and their customer service experience woeful. Go to . you’ll have no problems
