PRIME MY BODY IS A SCAM!! Please do not fall for this! They will overcharge you creditcards, they make up reasons not to pay commissions or charge you extra fees until your commissions are dwindled down and then they still never sent the remaining balance. The account is a mess!! They sent me a invoice in pesos. Someone is making a lot of money in this company but it is not the affiliates they never see a penny.
I signed up as an affiliate and purchased a hemp oil product from Prime My Body on 8/31/17 for $119.00. I needed to return said product and followed exact highly specific instructions received from customer care on how to return product for refund. Product was returned in perfect and sealed condition on 9/12/17 by USPS. After product was received by Prime My Body I never had any further response or communication from them, despite no less than four voicemails left on their phone line and four emails sent. They never refunded my money. I'm now taking further action against them for fraudulent practice and to receive my refund. I have reported them to the BBB and FTC. BEWARE do not purchase product from this company without knowing that their customer service is nonexistent and if you return a product they do not refund your money.
I paid $40 to sign up as an affiliate of this company. 2 hours after I signed up my upline notified me that they dropped the retail pricing on the product I was interested in promoting removing any commissions from sales I would make for the next 5 weeks. I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation of my account stating the outrageous pricing change. They would not issue a refund. I will send a letter to the Attorney General and post on social media next. Buyer Beware.
