#1 Don't sign a rodent control contract. Use good old rat traps to see if you even have rats to begin with. Oh and beware of the scarey rat stories and the nature of roof rats. Don't listen. They could not trap a rat! And they neglected to seal of the main entry ways and still no rats. Does this fact demonstrate the probability that the inspector’s report was based on deception and there were no rats? And lookout for the inspector's evidence of activity! Buy rat traps!
I am providing consumers with a warning to avoid this company.Jeremy Logsdon told the BBB he did his job and sealed off all entry ways and that is why no rats were trapped. But when I responded to BBB, I specifically informed him that the main entry holes were never sealed off as promised and still no evidence of rats. To date, his response was "I can get a roofing contractor out to your home and see if there's anything I can do "IF" it needs to be done and I will do it free of charge." Seriously? It was included in the price. It was based on your inspector's report from inside the attic. It was suppose to be done in less than a week after January 22, 2017. BUT we still DO NOT have any rats. Sounds odd? It is called deception.

And yet Jeremy Logsdon wants to keep the money and return to our home to complete the work he neglected to do during the 30 day contract period. No! It's over. No more chances. There is something very wrong here. Why is Jeremy Logsdon still failing to acknowledge the obvious? Bottomline . . . this is how Jeremy Logsdon does his business!

Preventive Pest Control Owner JEREMY LOGSDON sent Inspector J. ODOM for a Termite Inspection that turned into ROOF RATS & then turned inspector into a salesman with a really scary graph of all the ways RATS were getting in! RATS were actively getting in from the ground up to the roof! SHOKING! Here comes the bait “Have no fear, Preventive is here!” Pulls out a “Rodent Control Contract” for over $1,800 WOW that’s a serious rat problem AND traps alone are not going to work here. But even more shocking? NO RATS TRAPPED! How about that? Contacted Owner Jeremy Logsdon denies refund. Contacted BBB and owner responded by “successfully blocking off all holes so that’s the reason there are NO RATS! Only one problem with that answer, the main entries were too steep for crew to reach and are still open. The roofing contractors never sealed off the main entry as shown. All 3 holes are open for Roof Rats YET STILL NO RATS! NO REFUND! NO RESPONSE! It is unusual to ever believe that a licensed inspector could deceive a consumer with a rat infestation!
