Decided to have faith in Jon Winters as he came on the phone after one of his associates got me approved for a small and insanely expensive loan. He was very funny and before i knew it he had me believing that 2 weeks after I received the money he would consolidate everything and give me great rates. He never picked up the phone again, now its two months later! Please everyone, do yourself a favor and stay away from a company like this. It seems as if he preys on businesses who need cash and tells them things he has no ability to do.

I feel for it too!

I also decided to have faith in Jon Winters as he came on the phone after one of his associates got me approved for a small and insanely expensive loan.

The same exact thing happened to me that happened to the other reviewer!!

Jon was very funny and before I knew it he had me believing that 2 weeks after I received the money he would consolidate everything and give me great rates. I was stuck with a loan at 38%. It was so stupid and I knew not to trust him when he said "trust me".

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LINES! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD JON SAYS!! Jon will lie, lie and lie....and KILL YOUR CREDIT!!

Bad Employers Too

SCAM ALERT!!! - Premium Merchant Funding (PMF)

There is a company that calls itself Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) that advertises on Janglo and other places.

They are located at City Tower, 34 Ben Yehuda Street - 7th Floor, Jerusalem. They do not display their business name not on the building registry and not on the door of their office.

PMF is a Manhattan based funding broker and registered as a LLC in the US. But, here in Israel, they have not produced any credentials that they are registered as a tagid or a chevrat chutz (no chet-peh number) and none have been found. As such, they are not a legal business entity here in Israel.

Thus, they cannot legally employ anybody. Their "employment" is bogus and totally unprotected by any local labor laws. If they do not keep their commitments there is nobody to complain to or to complain about.

They do not sign contracts (there is nobody on the other side.) In some advertisements, they offer a "base salary" option. This is a hoax. You will never get a base salary. They are not legally authorized to pay anybody. They will either sweet talk you into full commission or tell you you are not a good fit for their company.

They make demands on their "workers" for hours and punctuality that are not appropriate for their "pay-grade" (i.e., $0.00 for your time).

Deal with this company at your own risk!

We are a small business and was approached by Daniel Klein to see about getting capital for business funding.

We applied on line on their website. The next thing that happened was numerous calls from other lendors offering horrible deals and they all were doing inquiries to my credit without my knowledge or approval which i am sure is illegal.

Now, dealing with legit companies, we are having issues because of PMF, there are about 6 or 7 unsoilicited inquiries on my credit.

Stay away from these scammers!!
