This is a scam

I tried to get recurring billing charges to stop. They are still stealing my money. Now they won't answer my phone call.

I was scammed by Angelia Jolie and her new Skincare Line! Saw an promotional Ad to receive this product to try for only $4.95 (Shipping Fee). A month later found out they had charged additional $190.00 for the product. When I noticed the charges on my credit card and called to cancel and be refunded the Customer Svc Rep said "No Refund" could only give me a 25% discount of the total amount paid.

I told him I don't do business with people who try to rip me off because there was no warning upfront of this charge at which time he told me it was a trial sample for only 14 days. After that it became a membership... Sad that even the wealthy like Angelina Jolie try to rip off middle/poor class people by lying to make a buck.

This company had an ad on the internet for a free sample of skin cream, you only had to pay a shipping fee of $4.95. Although, I did not see it anywhere, apparently in the fine print there was something about a 14 day trail. If you did not cancel within the 14 days you would be charged $94.94 for the next shipment. When I received another sample in the mail a few weeks after the first one, I thought it had been shipped accidentally, so I did nothing. When another sample came a few weeks later, my suspicions were aroused and I called the company.

At this point, they informed me that it had been a 14 day trial that I had not cancelled. Imagine my surprise and anger to realize my account had been charged a total of $189.88 (two installments of $94.94) for skin cream I did not want at all.

I called the company and they agreed to cancel my account, which they did and to refund me partially for the latest order.

Am amount of $33.22 . I did not think this was a suitable refund amount and decided that since this company had deceived me and I was entitled to a full refund. At this point, I called again and they agreed to refund me the additional $61.72 to grant me the full refund of $94.94 for the second shipment only. They then agreed to send me a $100 voucher that could be used for dining and merchandise at over 800 vendors. This sounded like a $100 visa type card to me that would be equivalent to cash. I was fairly happy with this decison, though of course not fully satisfied. Unfortunately it took two or three phone calls to get them to actually send the voucher.

When I finally received the voucher, it turned out to be some cash rebate program (with a very cheesy website by the way) that you had to spends hundreds of dollars at online stores to eventually get your $100 cash rebate. This was inconvenient and unacceptable to me and I felt I had been deceived yet again by this company.

I called them again, getting angrier and angrier about their deceptiveness and unresponsiveness to my requests. They wasted hours of my time on the phone. This time a manager agreed to refund me 50% of the first 94.94 charge that was out of their acceptable refund window. I was not happy that I was not getting a 0 refund, but was weary of dealing with them and said that was fine. They never refunded my account which they said they would do within 24 hours. I called again, and they assured me they would send the 50% refund.

Again, the refund never came. I called again today and the customer service representative said there would be no additional refund after two other people had previously told me there would be. Upon asking multiple times to speak to a manager, there was never one available to speak with me. Finally after about 30 minutes, she put me on hold and told me she had spoken with her manager and he would give me the full refund in 2-3 days time. She proceeded to rush me off the phone. We will see if they actually do it, my bet is they will not.

I do not want this company to scam anyone else. There are people out there that can ill afford to lose this kind of money into the hands of these dishonest, unscrupulous people. Please, please investigate this company ASAP to protect other consumers from their fraud and deception. I have been around for over 50 years and have never been treated by any company so poorly.

Regarding Angelina Jolie’s Skin Care Trial Offer product for $6.99, free postage, I wanted to purchase ONE bottle for $6.99 Trial Offer, however, after they had my cc #, the site kept prompting me to continue and kept adding products that I did not want. I immediately called the number provided and told them I did not want anything except the ONE bottle for $6.99, and that I absolutely did not want any other products. PERIOD. The guy told me, he “could not cancel the order, or refund my money”. He further told me that I had to “wait 30 days before I could call back and cancel the order,”… “sorry, I can’t help you, you’ll need to call back.” I tried to call the number back and of course the number had been disconnected. Their package arrived. There was NO return address on the package. If these rip-off artists will provide an address, they can gladly have their products back!

I approved nothing from that company for any OTHER products. I absolutely not approved any further charges for any other products than a initial $6.99 skin care product purchase, but no there charges did I approve from any companies, but they have now charged my cc $99.98. This is a fraudulent charge. This company (whatever their name is I have no idea because they do not provide their name or address on anything) AND THIS “agreement they claim I made IS A SCAM they want to take people’s hard earned money. As I see now from reading another person’s claim here, I am not alone and that other people have been scammed by them in exactly the same manner. I am refuting this charge and awaiting my refund. I will follow-up IF and when they return my money in full. I am awaiting any contact info from my cc representative for these scammers and will provide further details when I get them. For now, this is all I know: Merchant Name 8443216233POPSHP 84432162

Yahoo had an advertisement and used Angelina Jolie's name with the product. It was a free trial for $4.95 (I ordered two jars). The ad did not specify that you had a timeframe to test the product or return it. It never stated you would receive following shipments and it did not state that your account would be debited $89.97 twice. I never received a confirmation email of the order and there was no invoice in the box when I received the product. I received a subsequent shipment today and when I checked my bank account $94.94 had been taken from it.

The two company names that show up on my bank statement are Perfecthlth and Simplelfstl. I called twice this evening and when I told the gentleman, English is not his primary language, that I didn't want the product he said "okay, I'll cancel your contract." When I told him I wanted to send the product back and receive a refund, he hung up on me. I called back and when I again told the gentleman (sounded like the same man) that I wanted a refund, he immediately hung up on me. The two numbers I called are 1-866-996-3306 and 1-866-973-5517. The shipments came from the same address. At this point I would be willing to pay to ship these back so I can get my money back.

The only reason I decided to order the product was because Angelina Jolie's name was associated with it in the ad. I don't know if I'll ever get my money back, but now I'll contact my bank and to see about placing a bar against these two companies from debiting my account again.

The ad is a complete fraud and scam. Don't fall for it!! I haven't used the product and don't want to use the product. All I want to do is send it back and get my money back. The ad sounded too good to be true and I should have trusted my instincts and not fallen for it. Never again!

Ordered product for the free trial peroid, called to cancell and was still charged 89.97 for each bottle (2) then charged 10 days later for 94.94 for another bottle (1). Tried to get a refund, you can forget that, they have your money and that's it. Stay away from them, they have a good scam. I don't think you check a block or anything for Terms and conditions, it does it automatically

This company is such a ripoff! I started by ckicking a link for a "shark Tank" miracle product, was rerouted to Premium Brand Skincare. Big offer FREE trial offer pay only shipping and handling. I should have known something was up when it made me purchase a second "trail" size whether I wanted to or not!

I know all about trail offers that kick in after 30 days, I made sure this was not one of them! WRONG, not only do they not give you 30days, they send a full size product and charge you for the remaining balane after 14 days.

Have spent over 4 hours on phone with the company and my credit card company, still not resolved. Got a second bottle in the mail today,on my way to post office to return ASAP!

Do not buy from this company

Premium Brand Skincare MyMy experience was identical to the one stated by the writer in the previous report. However, I did call the company to cancel, one week after recieving the product, because I had a severe allergic reaction to it. I was assured that my card would not be charged for anything else. Fast forward to today, and I find out that they have indeed charged my account for 179.94! So, I called back today and asked for a complete refund. Of course I didn't get that. I only got a refund of 62.48, which is a 30% refund. They told me that because they didn't have a record of me calling before today to cancel, then it was their legal right to charge me the additional amount of 179.94, even though I've received nothing from them, other than the original samples I purchased in the first place. Supposedly they're also sending me a "voucher" for 300.00, that can be used to purchase a variety of items from different stores. I have yet to receive this voucher, and have no idea if I will even get it, and I have no idea how that will work.

Perhaps the most shocking thing is that the customer service rep repeatedly told me to use the product again!!!! This is after I told her that I had a serious reaction requiring meds! She told me that I couldn't have had a reaction, because all of the ingredients are supposedly safe. Safe for whom? Because it wasn't safe for me, and for her to insist that I use it again is not only absurd, but a highly dangerous thing to tell anyone to continue use after such a reaction. So, I'm left with cream I cant use, they've cleaned out my checking, cost me an additional 70.00 in overdraft fees, and I have nothing to show for it, other than these 2 shoddy little pots of really low quality cream, and I've lost basically 180.00 to boot! Somebody please tell me how I can resolve this and get my hard earned money back!!!!!!

Premium Brand Skincare circulated an ad on Facebook with video of their eye cream from Shark Tank. The video was accompanied by an ad for a FREE trial.

When ordering the FREE trial, the site makes you order TWO products, and charges shipping for each product.

When the product arrived, there were no beneficial skin effects. In fact, the cream has no odor and no sensation on the skin when applied. It appears to be watered down, cheap, lotion.

Two weeks after the trial product was shipped, the company charged my credit card TWICE for $89.97 (total of $179.94).

When I called the company by phone to demand a refund, the operator refused to provide a refund, stating that the "terms were clearly stated" in the free trial. There were no terms stated, or if there were, they were well-hidden.

Unfortunately I fell victim to a skincare scam. It offered a free trial, paying only the shipping. I should've known when entering my info and not being able to decline the second offer that something was amiss. Nothing was mentioned that 16 days I'd be charged $89 for my sample. The phone number on the bottle simply said "thank you for calling customer service, due to high call volume...we can call you back". I tried both waiting it out for 20 minutes and the call back option. Nothing worked. I have cancelled my credit card and filed a fraudulent charge complaint. It takes some big cahoonas to pull off this stunt. Buyer Beware!

I read an article about Angelina Jolie's anti-aging skin care line under the name of Premium Brand. The website is a little suspect and Angelina's presence is completely absent. They offer a free trial for the Matrixyl cream for $4.95 shipping cost. There is NO WHERE on the site, the confirmation email, the receipt in the box, literally NO WHERE, that indicates this is a 2 week trial and if you don't send it back in 2 weeks you will be charged $89.95. I also ordered the Snake Venom cream as well. I was astounded today when I pulled up my credit card statement to see two charges of $89.95 on my card. I have done many "free trials" over the last 15 years on the internet and it is always extremely clear that if you do not cancel after a certain time period you will be billed and sent more product. This was not the case in any way with this offer. It all seemed a little shady and gimmicky and I should have trusted my instincts on this. I called one of the many different 844 numbers (each customer service number was different on the emails, order forms, etc.) and after a 10 minute hold was told by the rep who was obviously reading a script and not in her first language that this was what I agreed to. It took some very strong language and repeated requests that my card be credited back immediately. She said she had processed my return and gave me 2 confirmation numbers. I have no idea if this will actually be done so I will update in the next few days. This is a scam of the oldest kind and had it not been for Angelina's celebrity I never would have done this trial. Don't fall for it! Oh, and as a side note, the product containers are cheap and shoddy, the 2 different creams looked and smelled identical and it did absolutely nothing positive for my skin.

After reading an article about Angelna Jolie's skincare line, I reponded to a free offer on the internet on 12/28/17. I only had to pay $4.97, twice, for shipping of two free products, an anti-aging cream and the snake venom peptide cream. But, on 2/1/17, I was charged twice in the amount of $89.97 on my credit card account. I called the customer service number they provided. I was told that I had agreed to a trial offer not a free offer and to read the terms on the website. But I knew for a fact that the website had been changed since I last viewed it. I made sure to read the offer thoroughly when I ordered, it said free not trial. I was not mistaken. Fortunately, after much arging, I was able to get a full refund

I ordered skin care samples from Angelina Jolie's Premium Brand line. I am fairly savvy and do not remember agreeing to any terms. I was going to try one sample. On 12/27, After making my selection they "suggested" that other folks took advantage of a second "free sample" offer if I agreed to the additional $4.95 S&H. I did. When I got my credit card bill I saw the products were billed from two separate "companies" and I was also charged by these companies on 1/11 for $89.97 for each product. Apparently the SAMPLE was actually a free trial and I was supposed to return the product in 14 days or pay full price. So for $180 I have been scammed by a scheme with a very famous humanitatrian- Angelina Jolie! Why would an incredibly wealthy woman want her name tied to such a disreputable scam? The numbers to call her customer service to cancel- went unanswered, put on hold for 20 minutes, hung up on, and only when I pressed to speak to a manager was I offered a 35% credit.
