21 year old here just trying to build up credit. I've applied for loans and credit cards, but i never got approved?? Why is that? So i decided to get online and view my credit score! Looking at the history, looking to see why I never get approved! I see there is a company on my credit report, called Premier Credit?? At first I literally had no clue what they was I'm reading and reading and it's a dept collector Saying I owe them $1050???? Look I don't owe anyone money I have no credit so how can I owe this company money? Never heard of them before, so clearly means I don't owe them s**t!! Still not sure what money they are trying to collect, but It's affecting me from building my credit!!!! Anyone Know of something I can do?? Websites or numbers to report Something on my credit report that i have nothing to do with??? HELP!!!
On Feb 3rd I was checking on my accounts and noticed my saving being in the negative so I called and was told that my son owes the state money ok so we wanted to know what to do I sent in everything from my savings and checking but still wanted more my checking has nothing to do with my saving and two my son was not notified that preimerecredit was doing and was was not either but as of February 8th the amount owed to state was paid in full
I had taken a default on my student loan when I had left my full time management job to start an organic farm. When that fell through and some very bad personal things happened I los track of my federal loan. One day I open my pay chek and there is a garnishment for $589 !!!!! To my surprise and shcok! No letter , no certified mail , no phone calls!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!! WHen I did my reseach starting with meHR department I finally reached Preimere. THey had my former name , address and phone numbe prior to a divorce 4 years ago. For FIVE months I made phone calls, filled out papaer work all the while they continued to take $1100.oo to now $1280.00 a MONTH(that is mortgage payment ) out of my pay. I have been trying to work out a way to get the garnishment removed and set up a regular payment plan. in the end they wanted another $500 a month, above and on top of the $1200 what I am already paying for 9months to show good faith before I could get a regular loan . I only owed $17,000. at the time! do the math. The loan would be paid at that rate by then!!! Here I am 5 monnths later . No one will give me credit to get a loan to pay them off becaiuse of my "garnishemnt" and my low credit score thanks to them. I am in a catch 22. Not right, not fair.

They LIE on there recored messages. THEY ALSO SELL YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO OTHER COLLECTION COMPANIES...AFTER THEY READ YOUR CREDIT REPORT. CHECK OTHER WEB SITES AND YOU SEE ABOUT THE SAME COMMENTS IF THEY CALL YOU TELL THEM TO PUT IN IN WRITING AND SEND IT TO YOU. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING...YES AND NO
If you have a debt owed to the state of Indiana, empty your bank account or they will do it for you! Owed a $540 tax bill. Premier credit got involved and suddenly it became a$750 bill. Tried to work with them and was told all our nothing. Inside of two weeks, they filed against my credit and filed a levy against my bank account and emptied it to the tune of $900. If these fu*kers come collecting. Empty your accounts and contact the state of Indiana directly (who will work with you). Otherwise they will acre your world over and then play stupid when you contact them to say WTF.
