I ordered this product on a trial basis with a 14 day free trial. Needless to say they didn't bother saying the 14 days started the day I ordered it. Suddenly I get this email that says my trial period is over within 2 days of my receiving the product. Before I know it they have charged my credit card $119.49, I call, explain my situation and the gentleman on the phone says that if I give it until May 26th and I still want to return it then he will refund me all of my money. So I said ok and planned to call before that time period to cancel. In the interim I get sent and billed another shipment which I tried to cancel before shipping and of course, it was too late. (Yeah, right!) So I tell them I will just go ahead and refuse the shipment and the representative said that would be fine and that I would be refunded....not!!!! So I call again within a couple of weeks, again I get the run around about everything as this representative tries to make a deal with me...in face he's trying everything but giving me back my money. The second shipment was for $123.44 so now I'm into them for $246.11. And still I have not gotten any satisfaction to a conclusion of my choice. In fact, they promise to end the phone call if you continue along that course. I have emailed them to see what they plan to do, hopefully I can get results from that but I know that I won't. I'll let my bank handle it from here. But I report this as a warning to the rest of you. Don't go for any trial offers, they are all the same. They are just scams and they try to protect themselves from what their representatives say on the phone by falling back on the "terms and conditions" clause.
