I opted to try one of their products, Intellerall , for a small shipping charge of $5.95. It sounded worth a try. The first issue was that they "included" with my order something I didn't want but I had apparently agreed to , a chamomile supplement for an additional $4.95. This I figured was something that I would return for a refund. Next I came to discover that my bank account had been debited for $64.95 and $69.95 for "recurring charges" for automatic shipment of both products...neither of which did I consciously agree to. I called to object to this. To cancel any further orders or charges, and to request a refund for these recurring charges, neith of which have I received any additional product for. I was met with an obviously well scripted response, indicating the "many very satisfied customers" who are reporting their being please with the products. I was told that they were sorry to hear of my dissatisfaction, and that while they were cancelling any future charges, they could not provide me with a refund of the $134.90 in total unauthorized charges, as it was not in accord with their policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told both that there wasn't one available, and that even if there were, they wouldn't be able to authorize a refund either. This smacks of a very slick scam. I purposefully deceptive website. Over-priced and over hyped supplements. Devious business practices to say the least.

I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges further. I would also encourage anyone else at the affect of these deceptions to lodge as many complaints as there are sites that will receive them. These folks do not have anything beyond their own bank accounts as their interest or concern. I would also appreciate follow up contact and other experience of this scam. Addendum: Just off the phone with them the second time. They offered to refund my monies were I to return the unused portions of both items. I reluctantly agreed, only to have them call me back moments later, and offer me a refund without returning the product. Upon further clarification, they were only offering me a 30% refund of the unauthorized recurring billings. I further held their feet to the fire by describing the numerous complaints about Praza Health that I was able to find quite easily, and the notion that no one would possibly agree to be automatically billed for a product that they had no idea of the full purchase price up front. All of a sudden, they were offering me a 100% refund. I am still suspect, and will be until I see the funds back in my account in full. Be firm, direct, and cordial...but DON'T let them off the hook. They ARE scam artists operating a boiler room in Scottsdale. Their company name will likely be changing soon as the heat increases to intolerable levels. A lesson learned. Check out anything like this in advance. Buyer beware indeed! Sincerely, NQ Washington state.

Toal scam artist

Oh boy, well everything above in the Oct.4th post, I also ordered a trial product, however I got charged for, 2 shipping charges of 4.95 and 5.95 and then the big charges of 69.95 and 79.95 I will contact my bank and will also get these charges reversed, about the charges you need to look for, the first 2 larger amounts show as P HEALTH P HEALTH AZ exactly like that, and the other 2 shipping charges, are under the company name which is *KERANIQ ACM*

KERANIQUE 888-2374131

NJ 398420 be careful that they get charged to your account also, there slick but not that slick......we will continue to log complaints about these types of scams.

I ordered a trial supplement from this company for my husband. Paid $5.97 for trial and shipping. Supplement did not work. Cancelled trial within 14-day trial period.

Received a charge for $69.99 on my card from this company. When I called to get charge refunded, they refused, stating that they have no record of my phone call cancelling the trial. I even offered to send remanining unused supplement back to them.

Yes, like many others, took a free sample offer, just pay postage, $4.99 to then find a bill for $69.99......wtf? When I went online to find out what I might have bought, found lots of same complaints, getting billed for what was not ordered.

A Better Business Bureau rating of F....So if you are suspicious, hopefully read the complaints, and if you fell for their bs, call the bank and let them know. I called Citibank and disputed the charge.

I tried a trial of Intelleral. In super extremely small print they claim was a fourteen day trial for $4.95 for supplements. However I didn't get for three weeks. Trial time had expired. They then charged my account for 69.95. I'm retired on limited income . I called and all they gave me was 50% refund. I took it bc my stupidity in trying something so stupid. They tried to belittle me

Ripoff. Do not buy Intelleral from Praza, llc. After 14 days of ordering I was charged 69.95. Big ripoff. Personnel try to demean and dismiss you until you threaten legal action

I visited my bank's website and I saw this pop-up for free health supplements. I thought it was sanctioned by my bank, but as it turned out, it wasn't. Anyway, I ordered one of the products that was for free when you pay for shipping and I did not see anything that stated that there would be any additional charges. A couple weeks later, I had a $69.99 charge on my account. I called them and they said it was stated that there would be additional charges, but they didn't say were it was stated. They said they will stop any additional charges at my request. Bottom line, do not trust them and do not trust any of the free trials unless you do your homework beforehand. My bank said they could dispute the charge, but they would have to freeze my card for 10 days while they investigated. it wasn't worth me losing use of my card for 10 days. I'll never do that again! Lesson learned

Scam

Same story for my order. They hook the customer without telling the monthly charges. Upon calling they are rude and read a script and hang up. I threatened to call local authorities as well as the BBB. They offered a 30 percent refund or a full refund after returning the product.

It's a scam.

They charged me 94.95 for caffine tablets. I tried to close my account with them and the operator just kept telling me about other products that I stated again to close my account. The operator kept going on and on about discounts and still trying to have me purchase one of their items and again I stated to close my account and I was going to go to the bank and have them put a hold on their withdrawals. It got to the point after about 5 times of telling the operator to close my account that I had to hang up.

Ordered a 14 day trial of 1 product. They started shipping monthly 2 products and billing my card. Upon calling to complain they tried to lower amount by 25% then by 51% to try to keep shipping product. Products are simple generic herbs not worth 86.00 per bottle. The price was never disclosed .

scam, scam, scam and more scam

Company sent me another month's supply of Intellerall without my permission

  • May 5, 2017

I ordered two products (Crea-Boost & Zynev MO) and it was supposed to be a one time charge. I'm already leary of ordering online, so after multiple times reviewing the website for any scams, I placed my order. So I received my products and time had passed, but noticed one day my checking account had been charged as if I had ordered another two bottles when I had not. After multiple calls and many arguments on the phone, I am out $95 and will never every buy or suggest these scam artists again. They played dumb when I called an explained the situation and even offered up to 50% as an admission of guilt. I STRONGLY advise to stay away from this site as this seems to be a usual occurrence for many consumers.

FRAUD

Same here, saw charges on my account and called them and cancelled. Threatened lawsuit and they offered 30% off, said I don't do business with frauds. They offered 50% off and I said I don't do business with frads. I chalk this up to a lesson. My wife got a big kick out of it, something for free and only pay shipping and handling. Feel quite stupid.

  • Dec 25, 2016

I did not check terms and conditions, and the lack of a return address makes returning the product impossible. I was scammed for over 100$! Help!

  • Dec 5, 2016

I ordered a product called Follinique and was only supposed to pay for shipping and handling and they took over 100 dollars out of my account

  • Dec 2, 2016

They advertise that product helped you focus and be more alert. NOT SO !!!!!! I took two capsules before a poker tournament and almost nodded off during the tourney.

They are probably the best scam I have ever seen.

If I could get hold of Bill Gates I would. Anderson Cooper as well.

Praza health advertized a one month supply of intellerol for only $4.95 shipping. About a month later my account had been charged $69.95. When I called them to ask what the hell was going on a lady said she would cancel the account (which I never opened) she gave me a confirmation number and said I wouldn't be charged anymore but she couldn't give me back any money. About a month later I see another $69.95 taken from my account. When I called them the guy tried to sell me a different product and when I said I want my money back he just kept on talking over me saying he was trying to help me. After this he started his sales pitch again even though I was yelling at him to let me talk to his supervisor, then he hung up on me.

  • Nov 23, 2016

Advertisement say's 14 day free trail for 6.95. You don't get 14 day's your card will be charged 29.95 the very same day. In few days your card will be charged another 69.95 for product, then 29.95 the next few days. When I contacted the company they said you didn't cancel within 14 day trail. I never received refund. This is false advertising (deceptive) practices by the company. A complete rip- off. They need to be pulled down immediately. Cheryl. Lavonia, G.A.

  • Nov 15, 2016

Was offered a free item called Follinque for thinning hair just pay shipping so I did, well a month later they charged my card $123.67 for the free item. I called company and was informed that I needed to cancel within 14 days. I told them that was never made clear to me and I didn't even like their product and would like a refund. They offered to refund 30% I told them I want a full refund and ask to talk to supervisor they refused than offered to refund 50% I told them I was filing fraud charges with my bank on them. They hung up on me.

Praza Scam

This is the worst kind of customer service that I have ever witness, the associates of this company are just hired call techs who have been trained to read a script of lies to descent people like you and I who are trying to patronized their business. This website is a big fat scam and hopefully all this their misconception will back fire on every who is a part of this.I was told that they had no record of my cancellation ,therefore they rolls out another shipment debiting my account. This is so sad that people would do such as this and not be held accountable

  • Oct 27, 2016

Same thing

I had the same thing happen. Getting ready to send the 2nd batch of Intelleral for a "full refund". We'll see if I get it. If so, I'm only out $70 instead of $140.

  • Oct 26, 2016

I brought a sample from them and I had to pay for shipping and then they charged my account about a month later for 130$ which I was not aware or if and didn't get any type of email

  • Oct 25, 2016

Praza Health is a complete rip-off. Received one order and they billed repeatedly 6 more times. Product was not effective.

  • Oct 20, 2016

Offered free sample, double charged me 2x so far. Called my bank to dispute & stop charges.. no way to get in touch & cx! So far over $200.00!

  • Oct 13, 2016

This company sent me some pills I didn't order. They charged me $100.00, even though I sent them back. I got in touch with them by phone. They said I missed the deadline on thetrial date so I owe the money. If there is someone out there to help I'd be very thankfull. Visa got involved but praza is insisting I owe.

Rip off artist

Funny, no where did I read where I was going to be billed for the product. After 5 days of taking this product, I started having serious memory problems, I'm only 54, no memory issues prior to taking this crap. Called and cancelled the account but of course they can't reimburse for an open package of what they described as a free sample, just pay shipping. Total rip off and no where on any emails showed I would be billed after 21 days. Thieves. Working w/ my bank to dispute but they have it figured out since it was my debit card, its most likely going to be for nothing and I'm out the 70 charge I didn't authorize.

  • Sep 6, 2016

Ordered a free trial from prazahealth and I keep getting orders and being charged for it called to cancel and told them not to ship or Bill me anymore and they keep shipping me their product and billing me

  • Aug 29, 2016

I think these companies are ripping people off buy not telling them their is a 14 day trial period and would keep ordering every month with your credit card you used to pay for the shipping the first time and if you liked it you could order more if you want!Instead they ship them out without you knowing or ordering them. They are ripping me off and apparently a whole lot of other people without their knowledge. Someone needs to accept responsibility for falsy advertising this and not tell the whole truth!

  • Aug 3, 2016

I ordered their product based on the advertising claims. The product labels in no way coincide with any of the product claims. The billing practices as well as the "introductory" promo are extremely deceptive. I fully intend to pursue legal actions as well as report the practices of this rip off concern.

  • Jul 25, 2016

Offer to just pay shipping and have product sent to you, with no attachment. Next thing I know im charged $80 on my credit card. When I called, they try to make me offers, I refused, told them they lied..would have never ordered if I was going to be billed $80 monthly. Asked for manager, told me they were, then said they would hang up on me. I hung up phone, representatives called me back to back. When I answered they had the nerve to be rude to me then told me they cancelled the account but no refund. Told them I would dispute it, told me they would win. A rep named brandy kept speaking over me and would not stop until her script was completed. Told them filing a report they all laughed

  • Jul 9, 2016

They were still taken money out of my account . It was for product I haven't seen. I would like a refund for the months of May,June and July full price which is 70 dollars for May, 70 dollars for June, and 29.95 for July . Thank you very much for you decision on helping me resolve this problem.
