My 10 year old accidentally body case for list place! A $90 case from them, and it was an accident and we dont even own the phone that it was ordered for! So I didn't it up going to the Post Office myself and returning the shipment and they still have not refunded me my money they said they have not received it said now I have to go through the postal service to try and get my tracking number because my three-year-old washed my wallet in the washer in that got ruined This place needs to be shut down they make me sick taking hardworking people's money!
On 10/24/2017 I purchased a phone case from Power Plus Cases for $89.95. The Power Plus Cases website (www.powerpluscases.com) makes the following claim: "We are a United States based company with our main offices based in Louisiana. While we do offer our products worldwide, all shipping and customer support is done from our offices in the U.S." Several days after placing the order, I had not received a shipping conformation so I attempted to contact Power Plus Cases via an online form on their website, an email address listed on their website, and an online chat feature on their site. I did not receive a response to any of my many attempts. I subsequently send them another email threatening to open a case with my credit card company and they finally replied with an apology for the delay and indicated that they are behind on orders because the case is a new design. So I waited and finally received a shipping confirmation on 11/09/2017.
I finally received the case today and it is looks like a cheap Chinese knockoff of a Mophie phone case. The shipping address is 7516 Bluebonnet BLVD #154 Baton Rouge, LA 70810; however, the box says "Made in China" and has Chinese writing on the box. The case did not work and I've been unable to contact Power Plus Cases about returning the item. This company is misleading people and misrepresenting their products.
It turns out the address in Baton Rouge is a UPS store, so products are shipped from China and then drop-shipped to the consumer. This is a fraud...DO NOT purchase from them.
