Ordered 3 wicking postal tee shirts on June 18th. Took the money immediately from my account. Followed up as these were a birthday gift on June 27th and no response for a tracking number. Followed up again June 29th and Phil Miller finally emailed back to tell me the shirts would be mailed in 1 to 2 days. Waited another week, emailed him again ...no reply. No tracking number. As of today, July 12th...no tracking, no response.
this company is pathetic and I will be asking my bank to return the funds.
I ordered a hat from postalstuff.com on May 28, 2018. My credit card was charged $23.45 for my order and it is June 26, 2018 and I have no updates on my order. I have sent 3 emails to the company and have yet to receive a response. I just want what I ordered or my money back but nobody from the company will respond.
I ordered 2 hats 4 weeks ago, I’ve emailed them and no response. Today I called the phone # on their website, and the number is not in service!! I just want what I ordered!
