I ordered a bag off of Poshmark and paid her through Zelle. She blocked my number and never sent me my bag. When I contacted her as another user to see if she would respond, she responded immediately and was trying to sell another bag that was a scam.

I made two separate orders through Poshmark totaling $114.95; Order number XXX and Order number xyz. I had previously done business with Poshmark and had not experienced any problems. I did not receive either one of the above referenced orders. When I did the tracking on the orders, the USPS showed that neither order had ever been shipped. USPS showed that on the tracking numbers 9405511202061510114022 and 9405511202061435098575, that they labels for these were created, but never entered their system since the labels were created. They did not enter the USPS system because the items were never shipped and therefore, never delivered - per the USPS.

I contacted Poshmark regarding these two unfulfilled orders and they were extremely short and unconcerned about them. They sent me the same boilerplate, identical responses to my emails telling me that I needed to check with my post office and work it out with them and that as far as they were concerned, too much time had passed for them to even bother with me. I continued to request assistance with these matters from Poshmark and they continued to either ignore me or insist that the orders were delivered. I finally asked them to forward to me the information that was telling them the orders were delivered because of what I found out through the USPS. They sent me a partial screenshot of some shipping information for a package that had been delivered somewhere, not to me. There was no information with the screenshot showing that the shipment was even connected to my order(s).

They just got tired of me 'bothering them' with my unfulfilled orders. Both of the sellers I purchased from were no longer selling on Poshmark as I attempted to contact each of them in attempt to clear this matter up. Poshmarks' customer service was absolutely the worst. They could care less about me, the missing orders, the sellers who ripped me off or correcting these wrongs. They got their money and that's all they care about. Their last email to me told me that they were no longer going to communicate with me. Wow - really? Because I caught them in a lie and because they falsified shipping info in order to try to shut me up? Things that make you go "Huh?".

Someone is using my email address to sell fake merchandise and support will not rectify the situation. Even though I identified myself using their system, they still won't let me change or delete my account. Sounds like they are in on the fraud.

Poshmark is an advertising business for other businesses to advertise their goods or products. My business listed on there is Muscle Car Garage. I retail die-cast toys model cars, trucks, aircraft and plastic model kits. I sold an item that was purchased by the customer. The Company kept asking for my phone number I submitted it to Poshmark and they claimed they sent me a code. I never received it therefore I lost a sale because of their incompetance to answer my emails and phone calls to which they don't answer! This Company should be shut down!

I made a sell of my cookbook, chrissy teigen teaches your child to cook, which is also at lulu bookstore distribution. I needed to verify my account and phone number with poshmark online, so i could download shipping label to mail customer their cookbook.

There's a glitch on the poshmark website preventing me from updating and verifying my information. I reported it to poshmark that never fixed the problem. The customer never received their cookbook. It makes me look untrustworthy. I also lost a sale.

Poshmark won't release my money they owe $300 for shoes I sold over 8 days ago and the person received. They don't respond to emails, messages, or anything they just ignore me and send bs auto-responses that resolve nothing and don't resolve any of their fraudulent activity and theft for stealing my shoes and not paying for them.

Need my money today $300. This is the company that needs to be shut don't they do the worst business I have ever seen and help shady buyers lie steal and commit fraud while not upholding their end what they take a HUGE 20% fee for u disgrace of humans and a company.

I have an account on Poshmark, i have over 96 listings (88 of them active i do believe), and 5 items (total of $130.96) that i shipped and the payment has not been released to me yet. They dont release the payment until the buyer receieves the product and accepts it.

Well Saturday on the 19th they randomly decided to delete all of my listings (active and non) and not release any of my payments. Ive been emailing non stop since saturday and have no received one reply on why any of this happened and if i am still going to get paid.

Poshmark customer service is the worst! I sent them over 10 emails because for more than a week a seller did NOT ship an item. I bought two items from the same seller, one $12 and one $90. The seller swapped!! shipping labels and sent me the $12 item with the $90 shipping label to make it appear like the $90 was shipped and delivered. Then she never sent the $90 item and just printed the $12 shipping label so that it appeared like it was shipped in their system.

I contacted USPS and they said the shipping label was only printed and not shipped. I sent support[at]poshmark.com and several of their employees, including the ceo (ceo[at]poshmark.com and manish[at]poshmark.com) and even included screenshots and picture of item received over several days and no response. Poshmark does not care.

Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and I told them that the item is not as described because I ordered a black and white $90 jacket and instead received a red jacket. So after I get PayPal involved and they investigated I finally got a refund for the black and white jacket.

I will never buy on Poshmark ever again. I asked them to delete my account after this terrible experience. Poshamark does not care about what happens on their website; they only care about receiving profits from transactions which is very evident from their complete lack of regard and unresponsiveness to any emails.

Poshmark didn't respond, investigate or do anything until PayPal forced them to by opening a case to investigate. They contact the seller to inquire about item not delivered and swapping shipping labels and the seller never responded. PayPal found the case in my favor and closed the case and PayPal gave me a refund.

Seller was polite & I sent the ring back same day. Got my tracking number, Priority mail, correct address. I saw that she received the item. Customer service could only be contacted via email s, many emails. They r extremely unprofessional & liars. I waited over a month, & nothing ! They do not provide a phone# at all, unreal ! I called my personal banker & Filed a formal Complaint. Finally, they realized I was not going to let them ripp me off. Beware of Poshmark !

I purchased the bracelet and it was advertised as 5 carats, vs clarity and color grade g. I received it on Thursday June 25. Per Poshmark you have three days to accept the item based on its description. I denied it. I knew right away it was not 5 carats or the quality they advertised. Poshmark came back to me and said they were rejecting my refusal because it matched the description. I told them I was getting an independent appraisal ant they said to send it in.

I went to Applebom in San Mateo and paid for an appraisal. The appraisal came back at 2.97 carats s12 clarity and H color. They also noted that it had been used and had a crack in the gold clasp. The gold had been overlayed with Rhodium. You could tell under scope. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. It was advertised as an appraised value as much higher and it is low quality. I immediately reached out to Poshmark and also tried to reach out to the individual vendor on Poshmark. You can not advertise something that is completely different.

IT IS false advertising and deceptive practices. Poshmark said they authenticate it prior to being sent. This is not true because if they had authenticated it would have never passed. After receiving my appraisal it was determined it wasn't as described. I received refund for payment but I want the $150 back for the appraisal. Had they initially authenticated as they say on their website I would have never had to get an outside Appraisal.

When I moved to return the item, my case was instantly denied and closed. Their entire system is to disguise that all sales are final. Their return policy is a sham. They are a tech giant that grabs the revenue every chance they get. Never do business with Poshmark.

I purchased many items from poshmark.com and I was sold a fake bracelet. It was advertised as stainless steel with a genuine Chanel button made into a charm. Well the button faded and the bracelet turned colors. Chanel is of the best quality and stainless steel does not change colors! When I contacted Poshmark they refused to make it right, however, I noticed the seller is no longer listed.

Instead I am out of my money but Poshmark keeps the commission they made. They refused to even give me store credit! I was dismissed entirely. Furthermore, poshmark.com sells many fake bags. I continue to report them, but poshmark makes 20% on the sales. Poshmark turns a blind eye, will not make things right, is slow to act (if they act at all) and does not care.

I sold my set of 6 Green Bay Packers superbowl rings to Yaijaira Velezquez he told me they were broke i told him how on earth can they be broke he said there broke and told me he cant explain because hes english was not that good.

poshmark told him to send them back without even sending me pictures of what was broke when i got the rings back not only were they not the rings the velvet wooden box was smashed as well he sent me back dollar store fashion rings, and i was ripped of terriable by Velezquez and Poshmark.

I listed a designer watch with Poshmark (original retail value approx $1,800) for $550.00. It "sold" and was authenicated by their team of "experts" before it was shipped to the buyer. This piece was in perfect working order, in its original box with extra watch bands and links.

The watch was returned to me without the bracelet links it was shipped with, and in non-working condition. After attempting to contact Poshmark customer service over a dozen times I am left with frustration and a loss of $440. and unable to sell my watch elsewhere due to the missing links.

I sold a new wallet by Michael Kors on Poshmark to buyer julied907 she showed them some old wallet she already had and said I sent that to her. I sent the one pictured in my closet through the Poshmark site. She is a thief and they are supporting her. Meanwhile I am out the money for the wallet and the wallet as they have instructed her to return the wallet that was never mine and I will be returning to them stating I have never owned the wallet she is claiming i sent.

Poshmark has stolen my merchandise! I shipped out a very expensive pair of Swedish Hasbeens in brand new condition that are valued at $250. I listed them on Poshmark because they promised to release funds after 72 hours after the shipment is made. I shipped this item right away, here I am 4 days later without my money!

I have emailed and called them several times, they just do not care and have not responded at all. This comany is a total scam. I want my beautiful shoes back!!!! I am contacting the police tomorrow and I ill join any class action suit that is most likely already in progress. This is wrong, don't use their site! They are thieves!!! What a fraud! Ebay is so much better and more professional and has customer service that responds asap.

Scammed

Sold a new with tags Victoria secret wallet to a buyer who decided to cancel the purchase AFTER I shipped the item. Poskmark allowed this transaction to happen. I'm so appalled as to how they allow a buyer to cancel a order AFTER it has been shipped!!!!! Thankfully poshmark did pay me but I'm out of my wallet which could've been resold. The buyer for a free wallet and I believe the buyer had this intention the whole time as I've tried to contact but they are not in the posh mark system. Hmmmm makes me wonder, needless to say I'm discouraged at continuing to sell on this site.

I had a website on poshmark and this one person got mad and reported me for selling counterfeit items but most of them I bought on that site.

I shopped at Poshmark looking for an organizer since I ran over mine in the driveway one early dark morning. I shopped and saw an organizer that could work. I asked LynnFashion if I could use a 5.5 by 8.25 insert she said yes. I purchased it and was billed before I even accepted the product. I was bill on 3/15 and received it on 3/27. I went to three stores, including staples and two high end pharmacies and they could not even order it for me. I contacted the company by email on the website several times. I sent them pictures and explained my problem. I told them that Lynn said the organizer could fit 8.5 by 5.5 but it doesn't. They denied my request for a refund despite me sending them pictures of the insert not fitting.

I contact Lynn Fashion, she has yet to reply to me. I contacted the Bay Area BBB - informed them that there are over 400 complaints on the company why do they have an A- rating? It bogs me, but they said it is an alterythm of some sort.

I could not believe other people complaining of selling and people getting ripped off, misled as well as scammed by dishonest buyers and sellers.

Poshmark sells all over the world, whereever there is a computer, they bring buyers and sellers to this site. Many buyers are dismayed, they received items with holes, some items were damaged by water, etc. If you bought this at Macy's or any other store you could return, however, here you cannot return. Buyer Beware! Check out the complaints on the Bay Area Better Business Bureau.

I tried to attach a picture but it is too big

I have been selling on Poshmark since the app first launched over 5 years ago. I have NEVER had a bad review, never received below 4 stars for customer reviews. No problems until recently. I had about 6 current orders all of which I shipped. 3 of the 6 orders were not showing up as being scanned in for tracking by USPS. After a week 1 of the 3 finally showed up only once the pkg was delivered. During the same time I listed one of my 4 LV Keepall bags for sale and it sold within 20 min. I listed the bag well above the $500 price that requires Authentication by Poshmark before the buyer receives it. I knew about the Posh Concierge before listing my bag for sale. It gives the buyer peace of mind and it helps weed out the Authentic items from the fakes. ... Or, so I thought.

I shipped the bag with the Poshmark Label addressed to Poshmark Concierge, yesterday I received 2 five star reviews from buyers who had just received the pkgs I shipped (I was still waiting for the rest to be delivered so I could receive payment.

I then got a Nasty email from Poshmark informing me that my account was restricted due to selling counterfeit items. The email went on to say that they could not complete the authentication for the LV Keepall bag I sold and told me that if I don't send them $20 immediately they would be destroying my LV bag because they have a no tolerance for selling counterfeit goods. I was confused. I logged into Poshmark and everything I had listed for sale and all of my sold items were gone. Then I received notifications that all of my orders were canceled by Poshmark. All of my orders had already been shipped so I am now out of 6 items of clothing but I'm not getting paid for any of it. As for the LV bag, I paid $900 for that bag as pre-loved less than 6 months ago and not only did a store associate at LV authenticate the bag for me,

I paid for LV to repair it. LV does not make repairs to counterfeit bags. ITS NOT COUNTERFEIT!!!! But Poshmark can't authenticate it???? They threatened to destroy my $1400 (total cost I paid after repairs) if I don't send them $20. WHAT THE F***??? They just robbed me of 6 dresses that I sold and shipped when they canceled the orders and I'm not receiving payment from buyers for any of it and they have the audacity to threaten me if I don't pay them more money.

I responded to the email giving them all the information and proof of LV repair and the store associates name and store location where it was authenticated hoping they'd realize they've made a terrible mistake but they responded to my email accusing me of selling counterfeits and unless I pay $20 for my bag to be returned they will distroy/dispose of it. HELP!!! This can't be legal. I feel completely helpless because they have no phone number to call for support. Its all email and now they arent responding to my emails about my other orders asking for my items back or payment. This company royally screwed me. I feel robbed.

I purchased a top from missaisha555 who sells items on poshmark. Here is her link: https://poshmark.com/closet/missaisha555

I ordered a top and received the wrong item. I tried over the course of a few weeks to get this resolved. I asked the seller for her address so I could retrn it - I asked several times - and she never gave me the information. Additionally, she lied when she said she sent me the correct item - never received.

Poshmark couldn't or wouldn't intervene because I could not prove I had returned the item - which was boxed up and ready to go - because she refused to give me her address.

Stay away unless you want to waste your money.

I sold a coach key chain on the site. I downloaded the postage and sent the item to the buyer. Days later, Poshmark sends me a notice to download postage and send the item. I tried to call them but, I could not contact them. I am sure the other party or Poshmark themselves will keep the money. I suspect that the person will pay for the item and poshmark will keep the money.

Have you been the victim of poshmark bullying? You're not alone.... My aunt recently opened up an account here, she just recently started buying used designer handbags to sell for a small profit. A few of the bags turned out not to be authentic, she's not a professional "purse buyer" so of course mistakes will be made.

Pat listed a Fendi Spy handbag and wallet bought from eBay. Wallet had tags and is authentic. She was informed by another posher that the handbag was not authentic because the tag was wrong. She changed the listing to say bag authenticity unknown. A few days later she deleted the listing all together. But kept the wallet listing stating, "authentic Fendi spy wallet for sale" I have the purse to match but can not verify authenticity, I can bundle if you'd like. Pat posted a picture of a LV purse bought on another site and @chirpchirp replied "not authentic" Pat deleted the listing.

..... Then @chirpchirp proceeded to say that Pat's LV in a cream color was fake too. Pat has had the handbag for a long time, it's the only LV she's owned until she started buying used. Somewhere in-between she looked at another LV handbag listing, asking seller is bag authentic? " I can't take getting another replica." Seller informed Pat the bag was a replica. All of a sudden another user @timerrabbit made a posting stating "you're asking someone if a purse is authentic? But, you're selling fakes...." Then @chirpchirp , @timerrabbit and @raylynn32 went to Pat's listing of the cream colored Louis Vuitton handbag, calling her a liar and a crook among other things. Pat believed and still believes the bag to be authentic. She has checked the codes, stitching and leather, everything adds up. But @chirpchirp , @timerrabbit and @raylynn32 did not care, they posted nasty comments about her online jewelry store, calling her things junk and age. At this point Pat was very upset and felt ganged up on. She said a few nasty things back. Most could understand her frustration. Right? Pat informed her Daughter Amy about the altercation, Amy fired back with her own nasty comments. This went on back in forth for a couple days. Pat deleted her account all together because of the harassment. I'm not saying either of them were right in how they handled the situation but, when dealing with bullies you have to be just as hard on them or they will prey on you because they view you as weak. Clearly, what they thought when they teamed up on Pat...Amy made several new accounts because every time she posted something the users would post a nasty comment back then block her. Pat did some investigating and found other users these same users had ganged up on. Very frustrating. Both Amy and Pat received emails from Poshmark banning them from the site but, no action was taken with @chirpchirp , @timerrabbit and @raylynn32 .

I've included photos of the messages sent back and forth between the 5. All were guilty in some way. Pat did not engage as much as Amy and the other users did. She did not use vulgar language in any way. Pat should not have been banned.

If anything all parties should have been equally reprimanded. If you've been a victim of Internet bullying by any of these users @chirpchirp , @timerrabbit or @raylynn32 , please inform Poshmark. Internet bullying is not ok and it's becoming a huge problem. Stand up for yourself and don't let anyone try to bring you down! Let's put a stop to Internet Bullying!

Poshmark protects counterfeiters and offers no buyer protection

I purchased what was described as a Dooney & Bourke handbag. What I received was a very cheap knockoff and the seller would not refund my money.

A few Characteristics about this counterfeit Dooney & Bourke handbag:

The leather is very stiff with a dull finish.

The ampersand in the logo is closed.

The draw string is wrong.

Hardware is cheep yellow metal, D and B used solid brass hardware on the authentic version of this handbag.

The straps are riveted closed.

The size of the stitching is way too large and loose.

The stitching of the logo on the inside shows and is the wrong color.

The strap hardware and buckles are all wrong.

This seller has many items listed as high end "Designer" brands on Poshmark, so all I can say is BUYER BEWARE OF SELLER KARTRAV.

In addition, Poshmark Perpetrated this fraud by not assisting me in getting a refund, they offer no buyer protection. I have seen many other counterfeits on this web site as well. If you or looking for a good web site to sell and buy, try Bonanza. Their fees are low and they offer protection to the buyer and also the seller. They also prohibit the sale of counterfeits and they are very serious about that policy.
