I applied for an apartment online near MSU campus in Kentucky. The owner, Andy Gupton, approved me without even running a credit report and asked me to make a deposit online. Since I was out of state, hadn't seen the Place and it wasn't finished yet, I asked if I'd get my deposit back if my plans changed. Mr. Gupton assured me I would. A few days later when I asked for my deposit back, he said I had nothing in writing! I can't believe people are so dishonest! I'm 20 years old and $500 is a lot of money to me! There was over a month until the lease was supposed to start, so he had plenty of time to lease it and he couldn't lease it or show it anyway because he was still working on it! Beware of this place, people! Seems straight and respectable but actions prove otherwise!
