Pop and Sons LLC was a company ran by Kevin Rains Sr. and his sons. He started this company early this yr and he just shut his doors this past week. His sons were embezzeling money from their dad to start their own company. Pop and Sons started running local Amazon runs and then went to otr. Then complaints were coming in that checks were bouncing and one employee has a check cashing company trying to get this person to pay them back for a bounced check when it is Kevin's responsibility. Kevin Sr is a very hard person to get a hold of. He has ignored phone calls and his "wife" Teresa Dominguez keeps giving the run around saying she is trying to get a hold of him crap! He is working for another company, so all you local companies in the whole DFW metroplex know this, Kevin Sr owes Pac Lease/Rush Peterbilt $60,000 for not returning trucks due to his sons. He owes a small business owner $1500. He owes employees money. Once the few employees who stuck with him to the end got all the trucks in DFW turned in, he still didn't pay for the work these drivers did in the past 2 weeks. He worked for Link Logistics out of Grand Prairie and they fired him for taking their Amazon accounts behind their back. Kevin Rains Sr, pay the people you owe money to!!
