After reading a few bad review, before making the purchase I decided to contact the company to find out for myself what their warranty was. The rep first told me the warranty was in the box. I told her thank you but I wanted to see the warranty before making the purchase. She told me she couldn't help me because it's is in the box. I asked her to at least show me what is written on the warranty, but her response was "the same thing that all companies warranty". Don't take my word for it, ask them yourself for a copy of the warranty and you will see. I personally will not purchase from any company that isn't willing to at least show you the warranty before you buy.

Pool Deals will not honor their return item clause. You cannot reach them by phone or email. You have to go to their website and get a ticket to talk to them. It took me 2 weeks before i could even get a ticket. They would not let me return a wrong item they sent me. Mr Reggie is a complete idiot. Do not deal with this company. You will be sorry. They lie and donnot honor their company policies.

Pool Deals should be avoided at all costs of you are purchasing anything pool related . They will charge you a fee to maintain warranty proof. They offer no support for warranty cLiam's with their suppliers . Their customer service is based on getting rid of you and closing the claim at all costs. The intial pricing seems attractive until you se the hidden fees they charge . These are normal costs that most sales include.

They bait you in then hit you with fees. Example: if you buy something with an extended or prorated warranty, they charge you a fee to keep that information! They say they open boxes and maintain warranties for you. That's a scam to charge extra. if you refuse the fee , the product comes through with no warranty nor contact information and when you contact them they say you didn't pay the fee so we can't help you. Your file will be closed ! They tell you , that " only you can help you " because you did t pay the fee.

If you can locate the manufacture on your own and contact them for support, you will be told that they don't honor warranty claims because they didn't see lot to you. They say contact Pool Deals !

Buy anywhere else , you have been warned .

On May 26th 2016 I ordered a 12ga solar cover for our pool. I did receive a confirmation on order which was a automatic response with no option to repley. 5 days went by with out any communication what so ever from company on status of order. I also paid an extra fee for fast processing of order since needed asap. My first response from company was that I should read the fine print where is states it would take 5-7 days to ship from factory. There site actually states 3-5 days. So waited another week with no contact on if or when item was shipped, actually two additional request from me went un answered. This is the first company I have dealt with that does not communicate with their customers on shipping arrangements and a schedule of when shipped and a tracking number so customers can follow there order to plan when to expect delivery.

On about the fourth e-mail from me I received the order unanounced what so ever, I in turn re-emailed company to let them know I had finally received my order. Any made a strong suggestion for future customer service they needed to follow up with orders and provide shipping dates and tracking info. The response I received from there suppoet staff was so unprofessional I could not belive it. They actually told me to never order from them again and actually said they would block my account and neve sell me another product.

This was so uncalled for I responded with that I would be contacting the B.B.B in N.Y. to report such an unprofessional aditude and be posting on all social media on the way they treat their customers. If this is how they run there business then I just hope the word will get out and the customer will determine there future.

I will continue to not give them any favorable review any time I am talking to any friends, relatives, or public gatherings. I have never heard of of seen any such bad customer service in my life. I will also continue to post by reviews on them in the coming months and most likely years.

There is a reason this business has a D- rating by the BBB. Terrible company to

deal with; no one will answer or return a phone call, the people who respond to

emails from support are extraordinarily unprofessional; they are snide, they

blame others for their ineptness, they flat out lie, and tell you that they

don't play games. If they were the only pool company left in he world and I was

dying to swim, I think I'd rather just die.
