PNC Financial Services Reviews

Long story short, I've been trying to get a modification for a long time (2010). So many things happened to avoid me from getting a modification. A ripple effect from putting me default cause my world to flip upside down. I'm still trying to recover from so much setback. I have written SO many letters to various organizations and people in high places hoping someone would hear me. FINALLY, NACA helped me receive an affordable modification. Then PNC waits for me to get out of bankruptcy and loses modification agreement. They said they can't find it. Really?

I've been making payments on this modification for over a year now. What in the .....! PNC recently sent me a whole different modification agreement that starts me all over again! They are sending letters that state that they are putting me back in loss mitigation. Why?! I've been paying every month for over a year now. I'm am so tired of all the fraud, the errors, the untruths, and falsafications. I should not have to start all over again just because PNC lost my modification agreement. It took NACA a long time and a lot of effort to help me get the right modification agreement. Now what?! Fix it, Lord.

Aug 10, 4:11 PM EDT Contacted by a Sam Johnson stating he was from PNC mortgage underwriting department. Told me I had been approved for trial plan for loss mitigation, which I had been going through HAMP program and received assistance with mortgage payments through Save My Ky home unemployment bridge program. He informed me that HAMP had further reduced my interest rate, that my payments were $710 / month for trial period of 3 months. I was told to make payments via money gram Given name of person to send it to and location. The last one I sent in July was actually a 4th payment I sent to Bray Ryan. In Macon Georgia. I was told that was the last of my trial payments and I would receive documentation fromPNC regarding double payments made of $957 by Save my Ky home and $710 from Hamp. I did receive receipts after first 2 payments, appears kefir with PNC mortgage logo however when Mr johnson called me again this month now telling me I had to make trial payments tDec2016, I contacted PNC mortgage. They inform me that neither HAMP or PNC will ever ask for money over the phone ( they contacted HAMP rep while I was on the line and conferences them in) They also verified this. I also learned t hat PNC mortgage has no offices or underwriting department west of Ohio Mr Sam Johnson, another man named Adam and a female answer all calls. They have a British accent with Indian or Pakistani inflection Phone numbers I have are 855-308-0189. Mr Johsnon tells me his PNC ID is 2988 however PNC employee ID s are a number and letter combination. Please investigating ate so this doesn't happen to any one else. I've probably lost the $2840 that he's taken from me, but I don't want anyone else to be scammed and I would love to find him myself. If anyone from any bank asks you to send money anywhere other than your bank, verify with your bank first. The scammers will threaten loss of home and mortgage but don't believe him

I opened an account with PNC on 06/30/2015 with the agreement if I make a direct deposit then I would be awarded 200.00 bonus 30 days later. I opened the account and they knew I co-signed my daughter's account when she was 16 she is now 24 and is a mother. I have no access to her account or do I use her account. Regardless, as I sat up the account and signed up for with another bank assisting me both confirmed I would still get the sign on bonus. Now 30 days later I got a message that stated this .

Because of the ongoing nature of this issue, I have escalated this to our Retail Escalation Group. You will receive a call from our escalation specialists within 2 to 3 business days. Should you wish to contact us prior to receiving a call, please dial 1-877-762-8000 (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET; Saturday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET) and reference number 215218003529. I sincerely apologize for any difficulty this may have caused and we look forward to speaking with you and resolving this!

I did not open it as a co-owner. I came to you only for the bonus of 200.00 because I work for Geico and was referred. If I'm not eligible then when I signed up she with the form Candice should have informed me. Please review again if this is true than I will cancel the account because I will not bank with someone who lied to me from the get go.
