PLEXUM CORPORATION – Moses Fagbemi. CEO, CTO. (Chicago, IL)
Well what can I say other than in my opinion if you are doing business with this guys; RUN! It is only a matter of time before he and his company take your money and destroy your business. This guy is simply a crook and like to commit software fraud (imo). He is targeting the direct sales industry and should be shut down; charged with fraud; and in jail. In fact he will be reported to the authorities shortly and anyone else who gets ripped off by them, should do the exact same.
We were introduced to this Moses through a personal connection with some of our associates so we felt comfortable. So after a few conference calls and a couple of system checks we started to do our back office programming with this guy for what should have been a simple and explosive company; however that’s when it all started go wrong. Once we had paid our deposit to Plexum and done the deal we thought we were underway. NOT SO! Moses came back to us after two weeks of no communication and then told us we had to change our compensation plan because his system couldn’t do what we wanted. Now remember this is after we clearly explained what we wanted and how it was to work, and paid our deposit. To make matters worse we were using a simple 2 x 2 matrix that autospills. Easy we thought because other companies were doing it. Not for Moses.
So upon finding out that the Plexum system was basically a pile of bunk we decided to move on and cancelled our contract, but that is simply when the fun began. Moses and his team I guess figured that wasn’t good enough so they charged our credit card for another full payment towards a crap system. Well we fought that and still are in the process of waiting for the return of the funds. But now he has gone into the bank account and after two months decided to try and take more funds for the monthly fees. This is for a system that doesn’t work, wouldn’t work, he couldn’t program [yet calls himself the CTO] and we cancelled. Nowhere is it on the contract or through any discussions mentioned he was going to continue to simply keep charging us for a pile of crap.
So to date we have continued to attempt to get our money from these clowns and we keep getting the run around. We have been given every excuse under the sun in both verbal form and electronic written form, and not one single word is true. So while these guys have taken a major chunk out of our business we want to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Unfortunately there are now way too many of these guys making a living off the backs of other people and destroying great business opportunities for individuals. They have to be stopped. If you’re considering his software do yourself a favor and DON’T!
This guy will tell you every bit of crap under the sun but the only way they can make good on anything is to send their clients the money and that is something they never seem to do. They then try to cast blame and stall but we all know for a fact they are simply low life criminals who prey on businesses, take your money, over promise and under deliver and go behind your back and charge your bank and card. You simply have to shut your accounts and change credit cards to stop people like this jackass. Lesson learned JUST DON”T DO BUSINESS WITH PLEXUM!
