I was asked to buy half an order of Plastic PET bottles as the buyer - Innovative Technologies & Beyond's Eddie Voloshin could not afford to buy the minimum order of 100,000 500ml plastic PET bottles. I was concerned that they were coming from Mexico but was assured that they were a great quality and great service. I paid $6007 plus another $500 for 50,000 green caps.
I saw this email several days after paying and immediately questioned the quality AND WHY the bottles had to travel at night and could not sit in the sun for the slightest amount of time - but was told that "all bottles straight off a run need around ten days to settle in" by Eddie Voloshin.
The 33.8 bottles are ready to ship need address for delivery URGENT we are shipping today and the truck will travel at night and will arrive first time in the morning .
We need to be unloaded right away because the heat is too much and the bottles can deform quickly please store them in a warehouse never leave them in the sun

Needless to say the bottles were totally useless - crooked on the bottom, so many soft spots they could not be labelled - just the worst quality bottles I have ever seen.
Eddie Voloshin had stated that the price of the frieght was in the price of the bottles. I compared an invoice given to me by Eddie Voloshin and then the original given to
me by ARturo Cherry from Bottles 4 You. I noticed that a $1300 charge for a previous run by Innovative Technologies & Beyond had been removed and replaced with a FREIGHT CHARGE.
I have tried to email and call Bottles 4 You for almost two weeks now with no response. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE anyone in the business of beverage bottling or any plastic co-packing to avoid
this company and its inferior products and lack of customer service. I am now stuck with 53.200 bottles that are absolutely unusable due to the massive faults. Obviously they sat in the
sun for a few minutes while they were onloading!!!!!
