This company seems legitimate because they are listed on Amazon.com, but I found out they give no confirmation upon payment and then supply no tracking of the item in route. After one month the apparel was still undelivered so I made an inquiry that after two weeks is still unreplied to. Now I see that customer reports about this company online are 98% negative! Most reports cite non-delivery of orders followed by non-responsive customer servie as the chief problems. This is not a isolated incident or a communications problem. This is just an outright scam. This company takes money in and gives nothing back.

Our daughter order a dress on Pink Queen March 25 2018 using my husband credit card $24.98. Nothing come so our daughter thought the order didnt go through. So she order again but using my credit card on March 30 2018 $34.98 plus again charge $32.78. I send many e-mail to them they are saying they dont know what i am talking about. I contract the BBB in Houston,Tx

they are saying that they can't do nothing because no answer on phone number there. So we dont know if we will ever get our money from them. They need to be taken on the internet

I ordered a coustume for Halloween. An email came stating it was sent on 10/24/2017. I was not in fact ever sent. I have been charged. This is the exact email that was sent:

I purchased a denim jacket through the Amazon web site from Pink Queen. After it arrived, I realized that it was too small. After contacting Pink Queen, they asked me to keep it and they would refund 50% of the purchase price. As the quality was poor this was not an option for me. I printed the return slip and enclosed it within the package, paid for the return postage and sent it off to the company. After about a three weeks I checked on the status of the return and they kept saying that they never received it. It is now 4 months since the original purchase and I am still without a refund. To make matters worse as I am an Amazon prime member I thought that I would be protected.To my dismay amazon took the vendors word that they never received it and now I am out the purchase price and the shipping cost. Do not buy from this vendor even if you purchase it from Amazon. You are throwing your money away.

Worst of everything

I bought a hollaween costume for my daughter two weeks before the holiday. In order to make sure I can get it on time, I paid almost $20 for expidited shipping. During ordering process, it promised me that I will get the product on time for hollaween. After that, I got one email said I was charged, then never heard anything from the seller again. I emailed many times mes to check on the order and decide to cancel the order a week before the holiday since I did not know my order was processed or not. I heard nothing! Of course, two weeks after the holiday and one month after I place the order, I received the product from CHINA!

I will give negative stars if I could.
