I was told this particular necklace was 10k gold. I was walking by the kiosk when I seen the jewerly. I told them I only buy and would wear gold not plated or anything. They stated, these necklace's are our 10k real gold necklace s. So I purchased the one for $700. Looked like gold said it was 10k on it. 5 years later I went to see if I could sell it and 2 different jewerly shops told me it's not real gold! It's metal, because it sticks to the magnet!! They would not offer nothing. Keep in mind I payed almost $800 for this necklace I was told was 10k gold. Turns out it's metal. It's not worth a penny from any jewerly shops or anyone! I feel I was ripped off right in the mall! And this shop is still their. You will not find out it's fake untill you try to sell the piece or trade it somewhere! This place must be stoped it's not right! I feel maybe I could have a suit for fake advertising! I've seen the same chain their being sold as gold after I bought mine. Their ripping people off, let get this place shut down! ASAP.

I brought my daughter into Piercing Pagoda to get her ears pierced. I was told by the represenative that if anything were to happen to the earrings I purchased, that I'd be able to bring my receipt in and get a replacement. After 3 weeks of my daughters piercing, I realized one of the earings were missing. These earrings I purchased had locking backs, and I paid $45.00 for them. I went back to the store with my receipt and explained the earring must've been defective that it didn't lock as it was supposed to and fell off somewhere. The manager refused to replace the missing earring according to the defective warranty she guaranteed when I decided to make the purchase at piercing pagoda as opposed to Claire's. I have since called the customer service line and was told I would get a call back from someone in a position to speak with me about the warranty. That was over a week ago and I still have not received a call back. These people will promise and offer a warranty on defective jewelry but then not honor it. If you're going to spend $50 on jewelry, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Their jewelry is poorly crafted and they refuse to fix their mistakes.
