I made an 80 dollar order for kratom, I have crohns disease and it helps me as much or more than any prescription.

They offer a 10 percent discount for paying with bitcoin, at the time of my payment bitcoin was worth 9500 a peice, by the next morning it was worth 11k.

When it was all said and done the fee tacked on for paying with bitcoin mean I didn't get a 10 percent discount, I paid 3 dollars more than if I had not used bitcoin at all. In addition to that I used a coupon for free shipping, which their system wouldn't let me combine offers(even though it explicityly said I could combine offers on the coupons email) but the free overnight shipping made the coupon worth 18.14 on the order page so I used that. It was late thurday that I placed the order.

On friday morning I contacted them via email prior to the item being shipped or even packaged according to their site. I express my displeasure at the whole thing and that I felt like I got ripped off and wasn't happy. I got a response saying basically, "fees go up, fees go down, sh* happens."

Then they shipped my order out anyways, using ups next day shipping. Not saturday next day, just plain ole next day shipping, so it would be there on monday. They offer free shipping that would have arrived the same time for orders over 75 dollars, but they didn't bother with that, they shipped it next day air on friday for monday delivery, for 18.14.

I could have used a 15 percent off coupon and got the free shipping and paid a lot less, I could have not paid with bitcoin and paid a lot less. I could have done a ton of things differently had I known how ridiculously they were going to handle this, and after I had already contacted them and made them aware of how ticked off I was at how the bitcoin thing worked out in their favor and I felt cheated.

They emailed me yet again and at no point said sorry, all they did was tell me it was my fault for not knowing that ups next day delivery on a friday meant I would be getting the product on monday unless they the vendor paid more, and why would they pay more, I should have read through the ups fine print, the lady literally highlighted the section of the ups explanation of saturday delivery and basically called me stupid for not knowing that.

I aksed why I would pay more for next day delivery on an order that qualified for free shipping at the same delivery date and that's when they shut off communications with me.

I can't stand when businesses do this to their customers. I was a monthly order from them, anywhere from 50-120 dollars. I paid with bitcoin thinking I was doing them a favor with the taxes and their thanks to me was to pull this crap.

Stay away from them, ethics is not something they understand at all.

Stay clear if you want to save your money buy from a reliable and honest company not one to lie and then take your money and not ship your item in a timely fashion or recieve the items that youru ordered and charging outragious prices to recieve nothing but a headache and a loss of cash, They will charge you for overnite shipping and then ship priority 9 day mail instead when you pay for overnite but stateing its a tecnical error but refuse to refund you your $20. This happened to not only myself but another person we know and he never recieved his order at all. Becareful when ordering from them, Online websites sometimes are to good to be true even with the BB seal and sake protection isnt always what they seem.

I have been using Phytoextractum for years w/ little to no problems, so for me they have started in the last month or two. I placed an order on their site on Dec 23rd (right before Xmas) and the email coupon that I used for 25% off said that all orders would ship on Monday the 26th. Apparently the USPS and everyone else was closed on that day, but no one reponded to my text to ask that. The ONLY way that I was able to get their attention was to send repeated emails so SOMEONE at least would notice it and look into it. I'ts now been almost a week and I don't have what I ordered and I certainly don't have my money back from them (at this point, use credit cards for everything!).

After sending a TON of emails, with the last one asking on their Twitter and Facebook page for help from the company, a "Customer Relations" person named Angela told me she was very upset with me, even though I tried to explain that it was out of desperation since I couldn't get ANYONE to return my question from before. Furthermore they don't have a phone and don't have a physical address except for the UPS store and USPS mail center, so email is literally the ONLY way to communicate.

After I told Angela that I had been a customer for years, spending $1,500 or so each year, she told me that she would not be communicating with me anymore and blocking anything from my email, IP, etc. Now I'm in a situation where I have absolutely no way to talk to them, and the order that started all this STILL hasn't shipped, even though Angela said they were going out Tuesday, Dec 27th. Of course nothing went out and my order still saus "processing" on their website, which I can't use to contact them anymore.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They have great prices but they are NOT worth the hassle and agravation , assuming you get your order. For years they were great and the few problems were easily fixed, but in the last month or two I've seen other reports with similar situations of paying and not receiving.

I place an online order ($221) on Tuesday, September 27TH, 2016. I mistakenly added a capsule machine to my order rather than the 1000 empty capsules I intended to order.

I emailed the support email address after the order was placed but prior to shipping in an attempt to correct my mistake.

Following is the email response to my change request:

Thank you for contacting us about your order. At this time we will be unable to change your order, as all sales are final. This is stated at checkout and in our shipping/returns policy. This decision was necessary to assist in the fight to keep Kratom legal and fight the DEA.

It appears that Phytoextractum is so busy fighting the DEA that there is no time for customer service.

A company that refuses to make a change to an order even when the request is submitted before the items ship is definitely a "Buyer Beware" company.

This in not my first order.

I have spent several hundred dollars at phytoextractum.com. If this is the way they treat loyal customers, it's time to place my loyalty with an alternate Kratom vendor.

This is my last order.

I have been ordering from Phytoextractum for well over a year and have spent upwards of thousands of dollars. I always pay using their "cash on delivery" option, where I give Fedex a money order for the amount of my order and then receive the parcel. While usually effective, there have been some hiccups with this method, most notably in not receiving everything I pay for. This has been a problem, since there is virtually no recourse when you pay with a money order. Luckily, Phytoextractum has always been good about shipping out whatever was missing if and when that happens. Unfortunately, that is not the case this last time, which is why I'm here. I placed a large order and paid via money order as usual. The two most expensive items were not included in the parcel. One of the items said it was out of stock, but it has since been added back to the catalog yet still hasn't been shipped to me. The total of both items is around $100. Despite numerous attempts to contact Phytoextractum, I've been blatantly ignored and not sent the remainder of my order. I'm still hoping they'll come through, but if not, they will have lost a very loyal customer. I hate that it's come to this. They were great up until now. That said, if you opt to pay with the COD option, make sure you keep your money order receipt so that you can cancel the payment if need be. I didn't, and it looks like I'm out $100.

I'd read many reports about Phytoextractum (an online business); finally they burned me. They sell a particular botanical-based health supplement called kratom. At first I was happy with their product, the first 3 or 4 times I was. Their prices are unsually low for this particular product, kratom. Now I know why the price is so low.

The first few orders I received from them were ok. But late in 2015 the kratom I began receiving from them was of very dubious quality. Seemed stale and/or fake.I don't believe it was even kratom at all. Those of us who use kratom know. After complaining (nicely, I never attack or get personal) I received a message from their Customer Service guy "Mark". He told me that, in a effort to keep me as a customer, I'd get a "$100 Coupon Code". Honestly, at first I was so fed up with their bad quality product that I dismissed the idea of ordering from them again - even if it was free!!

Finally I decided to use this so-called Coupon Code. I placed the order. The order went through and I got a confirmation. Later I discovered that it never shipped. (They always ship same day). So I contact "Mark" again using their online contact form. I never, ever got a reponse. I later sent another message. Never got a response to that either.

And of course my order never shipped. It seems they never had any intention of honoring the Coupon Code, which was given to me because I'd gotten some really bad and/or phony product from them. I am disappointed, but not surprised. Considering the bad experiences posted by others. I know who steer clear of now. I just hope others don't even take the chance with them.
