I cannot emphasize this enough....stay far away from this con artist who parades around as an attorney. Just know that she has had warrants issued against her in 2017 for her precious Ramsey for not going school. How does an attorney not get disbarred for that crap?
My issues lies with her unethical judicial misconduct as an attorney. She tried to go after my family member, she represent the other party in a custody hearing. Just one hearing, and both parties agreed to pay their own legal fees. So there were not any winners. This worthless con artist, waited a year later to go after my family member knowing that they moved out of state and gave a fake address to the court hoping that the courts would just just default it to her. All because her client is a worthless piece of crap who went to prison who had thousands of dollars in resititution and fines, and knew that they could not pay her. How did she know this? She was his attorney on a few of his charges. After that one court hearing she helped her client falsify a VPO against my family member in another county to keep my family member from their child, so when my family showed up to court, MRS GRAGG, told my family member that call that made that got the vpo rolling was traced back to her client's voice and his work phone and she was going to get dropped. MRS GRAGG told my family member that the court room was too backed up and she was going to get the vpo dismissed that day. Come to find out, she told the judge that my family member never showed up and it was continued to another date, and when that date came, she never showed up, and she never filed the paperwork to have it dismissed. Three years later the judge threw it out.
So unless you want to waste money, and have time and money to waste, hire this waste of flesh who can't even stay out of the court system herself or her child...
Take one look at her online profile at AVVO...tweeker! If you need a criminal attorney who throws caution to the wind...she might be the one you want...it takes a criminal to know a criminal!
If you need a family law attorney, just keep looking, there are so many other better attorneys out there.
