I have been a memeber of Petspectation Unlimited dog food for 8 months. First of all their name is false. You dont get unlimited dog food. Actually your animals will starve if you rely on them to send you food as they tell you they will. This is a new company that is going down very quickly. Secondly they tell you you will receive your shipmemt within 10-14 days from order. Within the last 6 months ivent received an order within 21 days of ordering. They will tell you a date and then they will never fulfill the dates told. You may receive a shipment within 3-4 weeks from ordering or you may not receive an order ever. Again. Dont rely on this company. I promise they will let you down and your pets will starve. I dont recomend this company at all. If they would hold up to what they tell you i would reccomemd it to every pet owner.

Scam or Just Slow????

Hi - I signed up on Aug 18 on the consumer + plan. The plan where you pay in one BIG payment. My first order was delayed. When I called to see where it was (1 Fromms, 2 Natures Logic), they said the Fromms was not available so the Natures Logic was not sent either. I then asked what Fromms they had in stock and had to change varieties and they expedited my order. They did not contact me with any e-mails or any info stating there was a delay.

Order #2 was supposed to be here the beginning of the week of Sept 26. I gave it until Wed of that week and called them. Again, heard that one of my Fromms was not available. Changed my food again. Then they shipped it. My food just came on Oct 3. I also asked the worker (David???) why I was not advised of a delay. He said they have no control over that due to food coming from a third party. I asked how am I supposed to know if my food is coming or delayed. He stated to call a week before it is due and I would find out if there was a delay. This is where the problem lays:

I placed my third order on line, as I could not get through on the phone on Oct 3. Tried calling on Oct 4 - tried over 40 times. There does not seem to be a big promo going, so not sure why I can not get through. I received a message with their hours and to call back. 3 times I did get through and was connected to different depts (I tried pushing options for new member and also tried as an existing member) I was on hold for over 16 minutes on these 3 occasions and then was told to leave a voice mail. I did leave 3 voicemails and as of today (Oct 6) still have not received a call back. I also posted a message on Facebook on Oct 4 and as of today Oct 6 it still has not been acknowledged as being "seen" or "read".

Today is Oct 6 - the order I placed is still in que. The status is showing "requested". I have tried calling and am currently calling them (as I write this, I have called and hung up and called right back 58 times), getting the voicemail about the hours of operation. I don't know if the food I ordered for my 2 pregnant dogs is available, is backordered, etc. I'm trying to do what David said to do and can't get through. I have noticed the Facebook page has not had any recent action since Sept 29 AND you can no longer read other customer's comments.

Wondering what is going on. If this program is no longer in effect, I'm probably even for the value of the food I received and the amount I paid for the membership, but I feel bad for the 3 people I told this program about and those people just joined last week at the consumer+ program with the large 1 payment.

Feeling a little frustrated myself and a little embarrassed that I recommended them. PS: I am on calling attempt number 75, where I dial their number, listen to the message, hang up and call back.
