Pets Relocation Service Reviews

I purchased a kinkajou (exotic animal) online from a guy by the of Brian Petzold Tambi Tambi for an amount I had a feeling it was too good to be true. But after Brian provided me with his Bank of America account number and also his wife (Edward Bray) bank account number and bank routing number, I did it anyway. The deal was pushed to be "shipping inclusive". So Brian, after I deposited cash into his account, took the 14 week old kinkajou to Express Petdelivery and filled out the paperwork to ship the baby to me. In about an hour later, I received an email and text messages stating that I had to pay $430 for a USDA license and $300 for a shipping crate.

Long story short, the seller, Brian, apparently doesn't understand what inclusive meant so I told both that I would call the Fish and Wildlife Dept in my state and inquire about the license the following morning. I also told Brian to go get the baby (which he didn't - baby done shipped yours - was the response). Next morning I made several calls to several government offices and found out that I did not need anything to bring the kinkajou into the state. Well this shipping company told me that I didn't have an option if I wanted the animal. After contacting the seller who said inclusive, and feeling really bad about the animal, I paid the $430 and $300. I sent cash through MoneyGram - having the sinking feeling this was wrong.

After they got the money, I wa told the kinkajou would be at my home by 9am the next morning. Well 9am came and went and I am texting with a so-called agent of Express Petdelivery (725-333-5192), and now they are telling me I have to pay $120 for pet insurance. After going back and forth for almost a day, my husband said to go ahead and pay the rest so the animal would be safe. Well, the $120 turned into $155 so we sent $155 cash to the country of Cameroon. I was told that the baby would be shipped last night for today's delivery. Got up this morning to another text message telling us the kinkajou had died because of a vaccine this vet had given him.

These are not domestic animals and require a specialized vet. On this same text it said that I purchased pet insurance so I would receive all the money back. He asked how much I paid total which I provided to him. Then I was told that I had to pay another $3,650 and once I paid that I would get $26,000. I asked who the insurance was through and that's where this company comes in. An agent from this company (406-662-1293) told me that he couldn't do anything about it until the paperwork from the shipping company gets to him with my payment. I think they're all in on it together !
