The company advertised an xl dog bed for dogs up to150 lbs. What i received was a very small bed for about a 30 lb dog. The company refuses to issue full refunds, only offering $3 or $6 refunds when i spend $50.98 on the bed.

Pet Lool Scammer

I ordered the large dog bed large enough for a 150 lb dog. What I received was a very small bed that my 130 lb dog could not fit. I contacted the company and was advised to send a photo. I sent the photos and was offered a refund of $3 for my inconvenience. Which I did not accept. I requested a full refund of the $50.98, I paid. I was then told that it would cost me about $30 to ship the item back, and they offered me a $6 refund. I once again refused, and requested my full refund. They then suggested that I sell it. After refusing to sell the item, I once again requested my full refund. They responded back offering me a $3 refund for my inconvenience. So I then filed a dispute through PayPal, and through PayPal, they offered me a $25 refund. Once again, I told them I would accept nothing less than the money I paid. PayPal then got the company to give me a full refund, contingent upon me returning the item. I checked with my local post office and found that it would cost me $80.80 to ship the item back to China. After relaying that info to PayPal, they refused to negotiate a better deal on my behalf. I contacted the company once again asking that they pay for the shipping, which they refused. So I was screwed over twice. Never again will I order anything from China.

Waiting 10 weeks still no product!

I ordered a dog bed on April 25th and am still waiting for it I asked, I am told to please be patient it is being shipped.....can't cancel if it is being shipped. Just ordered the same bed from Amazon and it is coming tomorrow. Don't think I will see my $ or dog bed anytime soon. Then communication is very poor in the last email they said "Would you please be patient and wait for it?" I don't have a choice and be patient is has been 2 1/2 months! I think I have been pretty patient.

I ordered two dog beds 6/8/2020. I email PetLool everyday and have still not received the dog beds. Everyday I ask for my money back. The started at $2 dollar refund and now are up to $15 .

I have told them I am retired on fixed income and since they never sent the beds I want my full refund of $100.88. Pet lool never stated there would be no refunds or that I was paying for something I would never receive

I ordered 2 dog beds described as fitting up to 150 lb. dog. My order was confirmed 5/9/2020 via email. I received one dog bed 5/26/2020 that was too small for my 88 lb. dog as well as my 70 lb. dog. I emailed a request for a customer service number to speak to a representative for replacement of appropriate sized beds or refund. I emailed again 5/28/2020 indicating that I have received no response and want full refund. A photo was requested from AMO Customer Service at [email protected] of the item received 5/29/2020. I emailed 4 photos showing that the beds were clearly to small for my dogs. Again I requested a full refund because of the inaccurate description of dog beds and still had only received one.

My reply: NO! This is completely unacceptable! I paid $100.89 for 2 large dog beds. I only received one and it is a small bed! I insist on a full refund.

AMO replied: Would you accept a partial refund of $4 for any inconvenience might bring to you? Thank you And my reply again was: NO! 100% refund acceptable only! $100.89 .

I received the 2nd bed 6/4/2020 that is the exact same size as the first. We have contacted out debt company for assistance in this issue however they are unclear they will be able to help get a refund.
