I paid $270 EXTRA for a convection oven stove, which after it sparked, I pulled it out and discovered it had been dropped and badly dented in the back corker. It later malfunctioned causing sparks and overheated almost causing a fire if it had been unattended. The HVAC, electricians, and plumbing subcontractors did a poor job and were not adequately overseen by the building superintendent. I would never purchase another thing from this company.
