I was referred to Dr. Kaufman to have a cracked tooth extracted. I visited his office on 8/15/16. He took a complete set of x-rays and then informed me that he didn't have enough time to proceed. He stated that he was going to confer with my regular dentist and get back to me. I wasn't given a reason as to why he would have to speak to my dentist as he had the x-rays to move forward. I waited 3 weeks and sent him an email asking my status. No response. I waited another 2 weeks and emailed him again. No response. I was charged a $125 "consultation fee." I wasn't there for a consultation. I was there to have a broken tooth extracted. To this day (10/6), I have heard nothing back from his office.
