Perfect Skin Serums Reviews

On Oct 29,2017 I placed an online order for 2 FREE skin products for which I which I agreed to pay for shipping charges ONLY. There was NO MENTION of a monthly contract or anything of that nature for more product. On Nov 14 & Dec 14, 2017 my cc was charged at a total of $352.82. At that time I had received no more product. On Dec 19, 2017 I received a pkg from Best Nutra Group 10960 Boatman Ave. Suite A Stanton, Calif.

I could tell that it contained 2 bottles. The next day I put it in the mail, unopened, RETURN TO SENDER... as it is a crime to send anything through the mail that a person DID NOT order. I have a picture of the original order # BCF69B3FE8 on my phone and the package I returned as well for proof. I have also contacted my cc company with the info but have heard nothing back. The original web site was perfectskinserums.com (now the server is not found)The name & phone #'s keep changing as well. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered samples of two products. The day of the order, The 15-day trial began, but I did not receive the product for 8 days. After 15 days, I was charged $192.29 for 2 ounces of product. When I called to return the product, I was informed that they did not want it back. After contacting MasterCard, the vendor issued a 45% credit, leaving me with a $104 charge. Their terms and conditions state a 30-day money back guarantee. A web search for this company and product should reveal a " buyer beware" warning. There are other reports regarding this company.

They stated the Joanna Gaines, Fixer Upper TV star, was leaving the show to start her own line of beauty skin care. Click for free sample. When I gave my credit card I believed it to be for shipping. I didn't expect to pay full price because I did not call them in 15 days. The print was so small even glasses didn't help see that. I contacted my credit card company but they were not able to help me. I owe my CC company $170 now for a free product.

When I speak to the company they are nasty and only say I should have read the policy. I agree but I can't read it and it was not made clear on the website. The company phone number is on the packing slip is the same as the website but the address is different.

I ordered a free trial of the perfect skin serum. It was $5, something for shipping. I recieve the trial and after 1 month debited $89,41. I sent an e-mail, no answer, tried to call, no answer. Next month the same thing $89,41 . NO products arrived, no answer to e-mail. Finally I could reached them by phone. I ask to credit me the two months, because anyway i havent received the product.

The answer was that i haven't called the 15 days trial (even the trial arrived after 24 days). I read the terms and conditions which says :" The 15 Day Trial Promotion includes FREE enrollment in the VIP Replenishment Program. This entitles you to receive a fresh supply every 30 days of Perfect Skin Powerful Anti-Aging Serums, for $89.41, charged to the credit card you are using today. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, please call customer service at the number listed below to terminate your trial enrollment; you will not receive any additional product and will not be charged for anything else going forward.

However, if you absolutely love Perfect Skin®, (which we expect you will!) and keep it past the 15-Day Trial period, your original form of payment will be charged $89.41 for Perfect Skin Powerful Anti-Aging Serums. All products in the VIP Replenishment Program are covered by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee." The answer was: I WONT HAVE ANY MONEY BACK, even : 1. havent received any supply. 2. The call they answered are one week after the debited the last 89,41.

I recently ordered what I was told was a sample of a skin cream and eye serum. I paid only $4.95 shipping to receive the samples. After receiving the product, I sent two emails to them requesting that future shipments and charges be cancelled. I never received a response and instead, to my surprise, my bank account was cleaned out with a $176 charge to my card for the products. When I ordered these samples, nowhere did it say that this was a 15 day trial and that I would be charged for these samples. I sent the emails because I figured that they would attempt to send future shipments, so I wanted to get ahead in the game and make sure I would not be billed any further. I called and spoke with a representative that told me that I could not email a request but needed to call. I received the product with a shipping label stating, “If you have any issues or concerns feel free to call 888-211-3686 or email us at customer [email protected]”. So I emailed requesting no future shipments or charges. I then requested again over the phone to cancel and to credit the $176 back to my bank account. They cancelled the so-called account but my request for a refund was denied stating that because I didn’t notify them within the 15-day trial period that the charge stands. I offered to send the product back for refund, again, denied. She further stated that if I reported this to my bank that I would then be guilty of fraud since they had me recorded over the phone. Scams like this need to be dealt with and stopped.

I ordered this free trial of eye serum and ageless moisture cream and was told it was free and all I had to pay was 4.95 for shipping. Then they went and charged my account 176.41 for the products after I called and complained when I recieved the product. One of the bottles was empty. Horrible products too by the way. Scam and rip off. They told me they would only give me back 25% of my money. I am now emailing them and calling them trying to get there corporate number and get my money back.

This company places ads that pop up in reliable news sources like the New York Times, etc. They look like real articles, but are actually ads. The product is advertised as free and you pay for shipping to try the product. When you receive the product, it appears that you had 15 days to without your request or they charge you the actual price. The product arrived after 15 days from the order date. They then charge you the 'actual price' claiming you had ordered a trial period for the product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. They will surely be sued for their switch and bait tactics and lies.

For shipping cost you could get the product free, not knowing it was a trial offer, nothing said anything about that when ordering. Then when i realized that they had charged my card 89.14 2 weeks later, i called to have them refund my money., they said they can not refund the money. I asked the agent #388 to talk to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor. she was not willing to help me at all other than i will cancel the reacurring charges. I said no you need to return my money, i do not want the product and was not aware it was a trial offer, never read anything about this. she would not help me what so ever, then she hung up on me. i called back and got agent #442, he was a little nicer but was only offering me 25%, and that was all he could do. i asked him if there was a supervisor on the floor, he said he was a supervisor, and informed me that there is 3 supervisors on the floor, but they do not transfer between supervisors. He told me he could not do anymore for me other than that and we hung up. I can't believe that i was scammed by this company and out of money. my bank could not help me as they say when you sign up or order you signed up for the trial offer, and those are the terms, which makes it so your bank can not help you. I am considering callling a lawyer to help with this matter and it seems more and more people are getting scammed by these types of companies. they get celebrities to promote their product and then you get scammed. I am so Pissed and frustrated with this company and how they have taken advantage of people.

This website advertised a FREE trial for only shipping of 4.95. I sent away for it. I received the product & within 4 days, called their 800 number & told them I was allergic to it. (hives) The proceeded to charge my checing account $89.41, even though I called in to cancel! I sent them an email explaining eveything & they said they would only credit me 20 !!!!! I called the toll free number again & told them if they did not refund the entire $89.41, I would proceed with further acction against their company. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS STEALING!!! They stole $69.41 from me!

Huge mistake to do buisness, and I use the term "business" loosly, with this company. As I've read on several other complaints, I too paid for S&H on a survey and then $90 was stolen from my account by Perfect Skin Serums. I contacted the company for a full refund of the stolen money and 8 days later, 8 CSR, 9 Phone calls, Still no resolve.

The "trial peroid" - The order for "samples" was placed on 07/30. This is when they say the trail period began. The product was received on 08/05. Five days pass before I receive the product to try. I called on 08/15 to ask why there was a pending charge in my account from them. You can assume the answer.

So now, I'm getting the run around. No return calls. No emails. I'm told if I am deemed "eligiable" to recieve a full refund I will/would be notified. Still no contact from this company.

This company makes it's money by stealing your money and refusing to give it back. The callcenter set up, is soley to recieve complaints and requests for refunds. They refuse to release contact information to thier Corporate Office. No shocker there.

Don't do business with them. Tell all your friends. Share with everyone.

I was informed that I had a free gift through Amazon. I received a moisture boost and Love Your Eyes serum. I received a 1 ounce moisture boost and a .05 ounce eye cream. On 8/18/17 and 8/20/17 I was charged 89.41 on 8/18/17 and 87.00 on 8/20/17. I did not, at anytime place an order to receive or pay this amount for this product.*

  • Aug 17, 2017

I was offered a free sample of a face cream and eye cream from the manufacture for visiting a website. There was no indication that this was an ongoing subscription with a high price until after I received my first shipment. When I discovered that was the case I attempted to cancel my subscription twice through email. The email was rejected. My phone is out of commission at present and I am afraid that I will be charged over $130 if I cannot correct that situation in time or perhaps even if I can.

Free trial offer came up in exchange for taking a survey during a random internet surfing of a democratic newspaper. I am not a democrat, but was merely doing research. I carefully read through any al all stipulations and nothing indicated a selection to compliance of policies. I've been ripped off and swindled. They offered to refund 25% of charge, but did not honor their word. For the record, the product sucks and left my face extremely dry and fulll of rashes. They refused to take product back also.

run, run,run from this company

I ordered a Free sample of the moisture cream and eye cream for the price of shipping. There was no packing slip or receipt with this order. Last month much to my surprise I got another moisture cream again with no packing slip or receipt. Returned it to the address in Florida immediately as I was not impressed with the cream and did not reorder it. This month I noticed a charge of $89.00 on my charge. Much to my surprise I received another moisture cream today in the mail. This time I did get a packing slip and called the phone number on it. They would not refund the charge even though I returned the cream with a letter asking that they not send more and refund me. I was also told that I would be charged for this jar of cream and would not receive any more. Apparently I did not do the return according to the way they wanted me to. Which was difficult to do being as I had no paperwork stating how it should be returned. I am out almost $200.00.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A MAJOR SCAM!!!!

Once I placed my order and printed my receipt I went directly to my phone calendar and entered the cancellation info 5 days prior to the last day to cancel the product, just in case I didn't want to reorder. I then printed the return policy and highlighted the phone number and email address so cancel, of which it said you could call or email.

Once I received the product, and used it, I found it did not work like listed, oh no surprise...I promply emailed the address to cancel, so I had a trail of completion before the 15 day trial ended. I never heard back.

5 daysafter my email of cancellation I get a notification that my credit card had been charged $192.29. I then called the customer service number and was told that the email sysyems had been down a few days right when I emailed(oh no surprise).....I forwarded the original email and was told my email would be forwarded to corporate for a return of funds, and I received an email with the cancellation information for my reference.

30 days go by, no return of funds. I emailed again (for another trail of my attempt). I was then told it would be 2 billing cycles from corporate approval for refund. What?

I then waited.....still no refund. So again emailed, again told resubmitted to corporate. I say it is all Bull excuses!!

It has now been almost 4 months since the order of the trial, and it still has yet to be resolved. What a joke of a company.

Got scammed by this on-line company called perfect skin serum that offer you a free trial / sample of a product that is supposed to tighten your skin on your face reducing wrinkles and lines. They offer a free 15 day supply, or so I thought for only the cost of shipping. I placed the order on 4/21/2017 and thery charged me $10.85 for two small bottles of their products. At no time during the visitation of their website or during the entire placement of the order did I have to agree to a trial. There was no mention of a subscription to anything. I literally thought that I was getting a small 15 day supply of this product. I did not get the product until April 29th which I then opened and began using. I noticed at this point the cleverly slipped a paper in the packaging that said I have to cancel within 15 days or they will send me more and charge my credit card. I was quite disappointed and bothered by it because I specifaclly looked for this on the website and did not find anything about it being a subscription. VERY MISLEADING!!!! I figured I would continue to use the product to see if it indeed works the way they falsely advertise it to work. IT IS GLORIFIED HAND LOTION!!! IT DOES NOTHING AT ALL!!!! I cancelled the order on May 12th, 2017 and was advised that I would not be charged anything.

Well to my suprise, they charged a total of $176.41 to my credit card on 05/07/2017. I did not see the charge when I called. When I did finally see that they had charged me, I called the customer service and asked them what the charge was for considering I did not recieve any more product and I had cancelled the FAKE subscription. There answer was it was for the total of 2 ounces of product they had already sent me and that I did not cancel in time. I was informed that I had to cancel with in 15 days of ordering the product. I told them I would send them back the product and I asked for a refund. THEY DECLINED TO GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK! They are a complete scam and rip off! STAY AWAY!!!! I am still disputing this with the credit card company!!

I ordered a "free sample" paying shipping and handling of $1.99. That is All t was ordering. They charged my account $94.83!!! When I phoned them They refused to refund my money, saying I was too late to get a refund. They were extremely rude, refused to give me a contact person or their physical address. My bank said they are aware this company is scamming older folks.

Seceret Serum

Ordered small sample for $5.99 and my bank account was then charged $ 89.41..How can they get away with this.

We need a class action here. Called and got a rude agent who then refused to refund any of my money.

  • Jun 1, 2017

Ordered a sample skin care product. The trial offer order did not make it clear that the product would be automaticaly shipped evey month at a cost of several hundred dollars. When cancelling the account the first months product was already billed to your credit card. No refunds.

  • Jun 1, 2017

I ordered a "free" sample of the eye cream and moisture cream just paying for the postage. I also ordered a sample of the ageless skin serum that they recommended to try. I noticed on my card was two charges this month for $89.41 and $87.00 from the company. First of all the products so not work at all for me. They are the same as any over the counter sheaper brand and second I was trying them for "free" to see if they worked. Nothing was said about a monthly charge for the product. I also haven't received the products that were charged for. Only received the "free" ones to try. I believe this is a spam. I will be notifying my card company to put an alert on this also. I am on a fixed income and really can't afford this much to be taken out monthly. I have never spent that kind of money on products like this.
