Received my credit card summary and didn't recognize a purchase. It took quite awhile to put two and two together to come up with something that made sense. I did order a 14- day trial cream and paid $4.99 shipping. It was called allure. Did not make any further commitments nor was anything mentioned regarding further shipments. No mention of cost either. My charge was through vita face cream support@vita-ca at $99.95. The box that allure came in was marked perfect nutra solutions. Now you've got three different names. I will be contacting my bank to find out my options. I'm of course not very happy.

I ordered a sample face cream "only pay shipping for 4.95". They charged my account 4.95 and later in month of November 2016 charged my account for 49.95. I called them to ask what this was and they said that it was a subscription and would be charged monthly. I told them to cancel that subscription "in no way was I told it was a subscription. They said they would reimburse the funds...that remains to be seen. But I was also charged and overdraft fee from my bank...we'll see what happens with that tomorrow.

They bit me, too!

IQ+ free 14-day trial for the cost of shipping, $4.95. Later in the month (Feb 2017) I was charged $89.97 for the "free trial." Then again in March I was charged another $89.97. I filed a dispute with my credit card company claiming the two charges as unauthorized. They are looking into it. Tomorrow (Monday) I will cancel my card altogether as I don't think I'll realistically be able to get in touch with Perfect Nutra Solutions, let alone get them to reverse the charges! FRAUDS!!

Scam !!!! Warning!

This is a total scam .. I was given a free 14-day trial for the cost of shipping which came to around $11 and some odd sense. Two weeks later I was billed almost $200 for the two little .5 ounces bottles that I was supposed to have gotten for the free 14-day trial when I called they said I signed a contract which I did not after they build my card that they had no right getting into for another $200 I called and now I'm supposed to send this product back to get my money back and not have opened it when it was supposed to been a free 14-day trial for the cost of the shipping I doubt I will ever see my money but I was told by my bank to file police report for fraud and I am for the money they stole out of my bank account.. and I will send them they're too little bitty bottles back and I better get my money back I would have never done this if I had known that those two little bottles were going to cost almost $200 I would have never agreed to that there was no fine print at all just one big ad and the next page took you so putting in your information and your credit card didn't even tell me when I would get my order I have a receipt for the cost of shipping only with no balance due and they still got into my bank account

Perfect Nutra Solutions continued to send me the product, charged my account without my knowing MONTHLY shipment even when I called to cancel 4X's! I'll be filing a fraudulent charge against this company.

I clicked on a link for eye serum and face cream. I started filling out the form on line but decided against it and never finished it/submitted it. They called me on the phone and asked if I was still interested and that I did not submit the order. I asked him what it was for exactly and he replied that I was only paying the $10.94 for shipping and handling. I asked 3 times if it was for anything else and he told me that is was only for the eye serum and face cream. That it was a 30 day free trial. He did say that I would have to call to cancel, but gave me no specific date and led me to believe that I had 30 days.

Never once did he tell me they would be charging my account and sending me products in the mail. I did call the company to cancel on 2/26/18 and spoke to Ann. I explained the above conversation to her and that I was never given a time except for the 30 day and that I couldn't of called due to catching the flu and fell extremely ill. She cancelled my order that they charged for on Sat. and also the second one from yesterday. I recieved emails stating they gave me a credit of $44.89 and $49.97. She stated she couldn't give me a full refund only a 50% discount. I have to watch my bank account and as soon as they post I have to dispute them. When I spoke to the dispute dept at my bank yesterday they stated there are no credits from this company to my account only the 2 charges of $99 and $89 that are pending.

Yes, It is a Scam

I kept getting unwanted, unauthorized reoccurring charges as mentioned above. I could not find good information about how to cancel then I came across this scam alert. I had to cancel my credit card and alert my credit card company. They are looking into this now.

After cpmpleting a survey with yahoo I was offered a free gift. I had only to pay the shipping cost of $4.95. What wasn't conveyed to me was this so-called automatic billing of $77.00 every month. This was done without my consent, While attempting to locate this outfit online I learned that there are multiple businesses with multiple toll free phone numbers operating from the same address of 532 Patterson Ave Ste 100 - Mooresville, NC 28115. All of them doing the same thing.

I saw an ad pop up in Facebook. I thought I would give it a try. I was promised an amazing weight loss product for just $4.95. I signed up to purchase it, but it would not let me complete check out until I actually purchased an additional trial for $5.95 which they charged my card for both of those amounts plus an additional $2.99 I'm not sure what for though. It was never explained. I ordered the product on Saturday 10 February and called to cancel on Monday 26 February.

By then they had already sucked $176.90 out of my checking account and told me that I didn't cancel within 14 days and it was too late. She didn't want to cancel my order at this point but I kept insisting I wanted it cancelled now ever though they were offering me a 75% lifetime discount. I started using the product and then after 1 week I saw no results, but my product was actually lost in my move. I realize that not all of this is their fault, but the product did not produce any results much less anything close to the amazing results touted on Facebook or their website.

I took a survey on line and they told me I could pick an item for taking the survey. They sent me the skin care products and charged my card a reasonable amount. Then they sent me more merchandise and billing my card without my consent.

RIPOFF DO NOT TRY FREE TRIAL

I signed up for the trial for only $4.99. Once they got my credit card number they started billing me almost $200 monthly for products I didn't agree to buy. I didn't realize it til after a few months, which was too late for the first couple of months. Then I called and they said I could send one month back & they would credit me for those charges. So I'm out $400 for this scam. Will try my bank but probably too late. Do not give these people your credit card number!!!!

Agreed to 30 day supply of herbs for 4.95. The bottle only had 20 capsules in it. Since there was never any discusison about automatically receiving future orders, i figured it was their way to make money off shipping and handling. A month later, i noticed two charges for 89.00 to my card.

I was told that i checked a box agreeing to all of this. I did not.

I am currently disputing this with my credit card company.

Perfect Nutra Solutions

I purchased online for $4.40 a cream which is not even matching the name of the company was sent from. It is called LUX dermatologie. In 2 weeks I was charged $99.95 for the cream. I never authorized that and I didn't also know that the $4.95 are for shipping only and that I have to cancel in order not to be charged. I called my bank saying that this is a fraud. The bank took an investigation but this company managed somehow to say that is not a fraud and they refunded that money to the company. I called my bank after receiving a letter about it. They told me to call the company. I did and they never said what their website address is and they said that my case is closed and they will not refund my money. I asked for the manager, she told me the same thing that the case is is closed and they will not refund my money, so I should call the bank again to talk to them. I asked her to send me an email with the name of the company and she said is going to send me an email with the information.

After I called my bank they said they will reopen the case but I need to send them the invoice info which I do not have, so I called again the company. The lady that answered this time she said that my email in file it is not matching the email I told her, and when I asked for the website address she gave me a different website address then her manager. In order to give me the website address she put me on hold first then she said is www.tryorganicbeauty.com this is not matching the cream I have also. She said I will receive an email in about 24h to 48h from their server. I never heard that one before.

Total Rip-off. They keep sending things I did not order.

On a one time order I ordered garcinia cambrodia and premium cleanse. Today I got another shipment. I want the shipments to stop and would like to send back the stuff I got today. I won't find out how much they charged me until I get my credit card bill. This is bullshit. Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated.

  • Apr 6, 2019

They sent me a trial offer. I chose not to order anything else through them. They then sent me more products and charged my card without my permission. At no time did I give them permission to continue to send me any products from them. I have since tried to find a way to contact them via email or via phone and cannot find anyting to contact them.

It was eye products and i can not find any information for them and the phone number does not work. I want them to stop sending me things in the mail and stop charging my card.

This was a "free gift" with shipping of $4.95 from Amazon Prime after completing a survey.....

I completed a survey about a purchase that I had received from Amazon Prime. I had a choice of free gifts with shipping of $4.95. I chose the Ultra Slim Garcinia Cambogia...........just thinking what the heck - I'll try it....what can I loose?

I received my gift and realized that I had been set up. I called the phone # on the "very small" invoice and was told that I had subscribed to this product and in 14 days I would receive a bill of $99.95 to continue. I spoke to a lady who had very broken English and told her that I do not wish to continue with this subscription. She could not understand what I was saying and I could not seem to get it across to her that I was not interested in this produce AT ALL!!!!!

After about 10 minutes, I finally got it across to her that I DID NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT TO CONTINUE, she agreed to cancel my subscription. I did receive an email verifying this cancellation. Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
